The hotel provide free self service laundry, free noodles in the evening. Location near metro about 6mins walk. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The toilet seat is warm during winter days is a surprised. We enjoyed the stay and my children enjoy chatting wth AI, Xiao Xi. Downside is the staffs here are inexperience. It will be perfect is we were given free breakfast for the rate we paid. And I give 5 stars then.

The room was spacious, modern and clean. Although its location was a bit out of the centre it is close to the metro system so getting around is still very easy. The workers were helpful in helping me find restaurants as well as giving a nice goody bag when I checked out.

Perfect score ! I like everything from this hotel. Room : spacious, beautifully decorated, very modern, all seems new and clean, the bathroom also very nice, equipped with all you need, not to mention fluffy towels and bathrobe. Service : All staff are very friendly and nice, very helpful. They even put water bottles and sweets in the corner of elevator where you can grab it whenever you like. You also can wash and dry your own clothes free of charge, love it ! Location : Very nice, surrounded by many local restaurants and taste good. Overall: I was very satisfied with the hotel, the room, the service, the staff. Harbin maybe cold in the winter but people there has the warmest heart ❤️ i will definetely come back and stay again sometime. Thank you ❄️❄️❄️

Perfect location. Only 5 min walk to line 2 metro station, which get you to all main tourist attractions directly. Customer Service is definitely a 5 star. The staff upgraded our room to a suite. The room is very spacious and clean. Strongly recommend!!
