預訂的香東賓館，實際安排旁邊的鑫麗旅館，我衹有中轉五小時時間，實在太累對付了一晚，第二天反饋給平台，商家居然回覆説給我升級了房型並告知了我，我真的第一次遇到這樣的無良商家，根本沒有告知我就讓我直接到鑫麗，然後進店告訴我直接去房間，房間如圖，我當時應該不睡覺跟他們糾纏討説法啊？請大家千萬別定了，商家第二天就不認賬説是給我升級是我同意的，我一定會投訴到底。

原本預訂的是有窗的，結果到店給住無窗的，十幾塊的差價不退，明着是宰客，態度不好。房間裏臟，床單馬桶都臟，設施差，基本不能洗澡，不會再住這家了。
