房間乾淨整潔特別好離學校還近非常滿意設施完全衞生方面沒有異味交通特別便利旁邊就是理工樓下還有電影院燒烤攤火鍋店還有一個小夜市夜市裡麪吃的特別多樓下小區環境也特別好綠化做得非常不錯還有小型遊樂設施房屋隔音也特別好不用擔心

位置不錯，出門樓下有一道街的小吃體驗蠻好的，出門左轉右轉都有24小時超市，賣的東西也比較全。房間環境還不錯，床單被罩很乾凈，能看出來是新換的，還有超大屏幕，主要是房東很不錯，隨時聯繫隨時都能回覆，幫忙解決問題，很不錯很不錯，五星好評。

老闆人非常好，酒店設施齊全，乾淨衞生，樓下商業全，吃飯很方便。離哈爾濱理工大學幾分鐘，考研期間價格也合理。

他家的房間給人感覺特別舒服，房間收拾的很乾凈，沒有一點異味，有啥問題直接跟老闆説就行，多晚都能給解決，太美妙的體驗了，房間去師大夜市很近，適合旅遊住宿

去哈爾濱考試的，位置很好找，就在理工大學對面，樓下就是超市。房東人很好，房間也很乾凈，推薦。
