Cancer B&B (Sofia Plaza)

The hygiene condition is very poor. I just arrived at the B&B and planned to rest for a while when I saw some unknown curly hair on the bed. I asked my aunt to clean it again but it was a fool's errand. I went out to play during the Chinese New Year and didn't want to make a fuss, so I didn't say anything else because I was in a bad mood. There wasn't enough hot water for the shower. Two people took a bath, but the water got cold after a while. Don’t even think about taking a bath.

There are no towels for washing your face. This is really one of the worst places I have stayed in.

Advantages: 1. The B&B is very close to Sophia Church and Daoli Food Market. You can go there every day. 2. The room is relatively large, the style is unique and novel. 3. The projection is great and I enjoy watching TV. Disadvantages: 1. The location is relatively far away from the community. 2. The communication process is not very satisfactory and the customer service is not professional. The page showed that extra beds could be added, but when asked for the first time, the response was "No extra beds, not enough space." So I asked for two quilts, and the customer service agreed. The next day, I asked if I could switch to a room that could accommodate an extra bed. I was told that no extra bed was available, but I could add an extra bed to the original room and needed to buy it now. Because the first time I said there was not enough space, and the second time I could add more, I was worried about how crowded it would be if I added more, so I didn’t dare to add more. On the day of departure, I confirmed the problem of adding two quilts, but the customer service said that they could not add more quilts and needed to buy them now. I had to tell them one day in advance and it was 60 per day. We had obviously told him a few days in advance, and after some speechless communication, the owner of the B&B himself went to help buy a quilt at the last minute. The customer service also said that they would help me apply for a quilt exemption, and I was really convinced. 3. Regarding hygiene and cleaning, the blanket on the small rocking chair looked quite dirty. For guests who stay together, communicate about cleaning issues in advance instead of waiting to ask and then saying "we will make arrangements if necessary." Including disposable towels and bath towels, you should also put more disposable towels and bath towels at one time. 4. There is a question marked on the page, and it shows that mineral water is available, but when asked about the charges, it is recommended that you ask clearly what the charges are before checking in, and do not focus on the room type introduction interface. Others: 1. The large bathtub is the highlight of the room. Although the steps are cracked, it is of no use for family travel.
