I had a very nice stay here. The hotel is located just 30 minutes away from the popular attractions and a 3 minute walk from a metro station. My room was nice, clean, and very modern. There was also a very impressive view of the city. Staff is also very friendly. I definitely recommend this place.

This was a wonderful hotel to enjoy Harbin Ice and Snow World. Very comfortable room and bed, helpful staff, good breakfast and good transport links near the Metro. I thought it was a good price and good value.

Very impressed with this hotel! Location is excellent, near the subway and bus stops. Also, very central. Rooms are very clean, and bed is super comfortable. The heater and aircon is working perfectly too. Shower water pressure is strong. Toilet is clean and is even heated. Big TV inside the room, no western channel but there's CGTN which is the only channel in English.
Breakfast also superb for the price you pay for. Mostly vegetables and a few meat dishes. A lot of dishes to choose from! We booked months early and got a very good rate.
They provide free bottled water, and you can even ask for extra in case you need more. Coffee is also free at the lobby. The lobby is not luxurious or big but its nice and warm.
Friendly staff as well. Just not sure if they speak English.
I highly recommend this hotel!

第一次住星程，非常滿意👍🏻 房間很新很舒適，還給我升了高級房型，很寬敞，床墊枕頭舒適，有沙發寫字枱小餐桌，有免費的水、飲料和咖啡可以喝，免費早餐也不錯。裝修是華住會品牌的一貫風格，房間燈光及佈局安排非常合理方便，衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱台很大。前台服務非常好，有求必應。酒店位置很好，離地鐵站很近，離機場大巴站也走路可以到，在哈工大附近好打車，附近還有很多餐廳酒吧。

服務：服務非常非常好，從辦理入住到離店服務都非常貼心，前台工作小哥哥小姐姐十分熱心的幫我們解決問題。打掃房間的服務人員也十分專業、貼心，會和客人打招呼。
環境：環境很好，酒店有專門的電梯。出門地鐵和打車都很方便。
設施：首先酒店的隔音做的真的非常好，聽不到走廊裏的聲音。
機器人送餐到房間門口。
酒店內智能馬桶、淋浴設備和洗漱用品都很好用。

酒店地理位置離景區遠點，但是好打車。整體非常乾淨，房間亮堂，設施比較新，價格挺合適了，我們是三口人住，比較舒服，推薦！

房間非常的好，打掃的阿姨和前台也非常禮貌，非常熱情，有求必應，而且地處西大直街非常方便去哪都近，下次來哈爾濱一定還會住這裏，體驗非常好。
唯一一點就是電梯的靜電真的太多了

挺不錯的，住了兩天。酒店離中央大街打車大概17塊，周圍也有地鐵很方便，是23年新開的酒店，乾淨整潔，離哈工大也比較近，出行也方便。雖然説不像在中央大街，尚志大街的酒店那麼熱鬧，但是性價比高。送外賣，送東西都有智能機器人服務，電動窗簾，智能馬桶，基本的配備都很完善，早餐在23樓，品種不是特別豐富，也基本可以滿足需求，還送凍梨和冰糖葫蘆，挺不錯的酒店
