The hotel staff is very kind and friendly, they provide assistance and guide us on our questions. Room is quite spacious and warm. There’re various restaurant such as BBQ Restaurant nearby and convenience store. Furthermore, there is shopping mall nearby around 10min walk.

Small doorway and up steps to the entrance of the hotel.
3 lifts servicing 30 floors so when checking out allow time if on the lower floors as inevitably the lift is full on the way down.
So grateful for heated floor tiles 😊
The young ladies at reception are helpful, lovely and full of smiles.
No refrigerator but in January in Harbin who needs one? Put the cola on the window sill lol.

The room is simple and elegant, very clean and business-like, which is my favorite style. I will come again next time I have a chance to visit nearby! The front desk lady is also very enthusiastic and generous. In short, it is very good 😌

The pictures of this hotel are beautified. After I went there, I found that the bed was small and the sheets and quilt covers were very old.
To be honest, the front desk staff was very enthusiastic and responsible. Our heater was too hot, and she came to adjust it for us and taught us how to adjust it.
