必須好評！首先，房間很乾凈，寬敞，其次，本來定的經濟房，後來老闆打電話説還沒收拾好，直接給升級成大房了，100多塊錢享受200塊錢的待遇！最重要的是老闆態度超好，因為是晚上的火車，也沒地方呆，跟老闆説想晚2小時退房，老闆很爽快，直接同意了！下次來，還住老闆的店！

絕對真實的入住感受：訂房的時侯看到這家民宿竟然有滿分五星推薦呢，抱着好奇的心態預訂了，講真的 特別幸運遇見這麼棒的民宿，還好沒錯過呀，打開門的一瞬間驚訝了，乾淨、整潔、無異味，地暖的房間好温暖啊，房間設備 廚房和洗衣機都是新的，這對於出來玩的沒處洗衣服的小土豆特別友好，網速也非常快，樓下還有一大排商店 早餐店，吃東西特別便利，交通也好方便，這家是我來哈爾濱這半個月以來住的最暖心的一家民宿，圖片和實景一摸一樣，作為一個外鄉人在第二故鄉感受到特別的温暖，特別表揚一下：房東小哥哥非常熱情，還豪贈10瓶礦泉水，東北人骨子裡就是熱情好客，滿滿的真誠感受到了，並且有問必答，真好，下次來哈爾濱還會住這裏，真心的強烈推薦～
