Take a shower in the afternoon. The water is cold all the time. I asked the front desk and they told me to turn on the faucet of the wash basin and the shower faucet at the same time. The most puzzling thing is that in a chain hotel, the TV only has a poor quality. The number of stations is still vague. The master card, I really don’t know how it is managed. For so many years, the price of the enterprise has become higher and higher, and the management has become more and more inconsistent.

The hotel is overall clean and tidy. On the first day we checked in, the water pressure in the room was not enough and the hot water was not hot enough. But early the next morning we rushed to Xuexiang for two days and one night, so we ignored it. When we came back to the hotel on the third night, we told the staff that the hot water was not hot enough. They changed rooms and took care of us enthusiastically. But after I changed rooms, I couldn't watch the TV. After telling the staff on the morning of the fourth day, I could watch TV that night, but the TV couldn't be turned off that night, and I was too lazy to go down to the lobby to tell the staff, so I had to wear a blindfold to sleep. On the morning of the fifth day, I told the staff about the situation. I could turn off the TV that night, but I couldn't watch it. Since there was a projection TV, I just watched the short film that night and was too lazy to complain again. Overall, all the staff are very nice and enthusiastic about taking care of the guests, whether it is the front desk, cleaning, or the staff who came into the room at night to help us solve the TV problem, but the room hardware needs to be properly maintained and managed.

The location of Home Inn Select Hotel was very good, just beside Central Street. The only slight drawback was that the room was a little small! The front desk staff was also very friendly and polite! The price was moderate. If I come to Harbin again, I will stay here again.
