I have stayed at this hotel many times, twice a year. This time, my experience was a little different. I arrived at the hotel a little late. When I checked in, I left something at the front desk. When I went back to my room, I remembered it and called the front desk to tell me. I didn’t have anything, so I repeated it again, and still said I didn’t have anything, and then asked me who you were. I was really impressed. As a service staff, I talked to guests like this. Then I went downstairs, and the things were placed at the front desk, and then The waiter told me that she didn't see it and said she didn't know who was calling and thought it was a family member. I was speechless at the time. Didn't the front desk phone have caller ID? She said the number displayed did not have a room, and then told me, I will give it to you. The room has called back. Isn’t this contradictory? I have been traveling for many years and this is the first time I met such strange people and things. I am really speechless. The competition in the hotel industry is so fierce now. I don’t know what I am fighting for, just service and hardware. Ah, I am really impressed by this service.
