Everything is very good!!! The concierge at the door was warm and polite and took the initiative to help us pick up the boxes and press the elevator to leave. I came here because of the gimmick of Centenary Hotel, and I came with a feeling that may be good or bad about the whole hotel. But after arriving, the service, hotel facilities, and environment were all very good. The twin room I booked had better beds. Before arriving, I was prepared for a family of three to squeeze into two 1.2 small beds. But the arranged room has a 1.8 or 2-meter large bed, plus a small bed, which is equivalent to changing from a twin room to a parent-child room. And it’s on such a popular day in the third grade of junior high school. However, I did not find this type of apartment on Ctrip. It may be a hidden apartment to surprise guests. Then the hotel has welcome fruits, the hygiene is very clean, the parent-child room has been changed, the toilet is large, and the dry and wet separation is very good. The entrance of the hotel is inconspicuous, but as soon as you open the door and walk in, it is magnificent, resplendent and unique. The service is also very good. For breakfast, each person has a steak and an omelette. It is a Russian meal. As expected of a fighting nation, they eat a good breakfast. When I finally left, I was given a beautiful souvenir. Many of the previous reviews confirmed. We arrived late at night but were able to check in easily. The location was spectacular near many coffee shops and Russian restaurants. We even stumbled upon a nearby karaoke bar on the pedestrian street! It is near enough to walk to the Sophia Cathedral (which is seemingly closed). Ice and Snow World is far enough to need a car but close enough that it’s a quick ride. After hours of touring in the cold, the heated floors were much appreciated. The bathtub was also very nice.

Very good hotel for the money. The location is very good - 5 min walk from the Sofia, with beginning of the Walking Street around the corner. Was easy to find - hotel has large sign in English. Staff was welcoming and friendly and despite speaking no English at all check in took less than 5 min. I stayed in Selected Business room on 10th floor. The room was rather spacious, clean and in very good condition, well equipped with furniture to make one's stay comfortable. Windows provided very good sound insulation for traffic noise. Firm, good quality mattress. WiFi was stable all the time but a bit slow - no pass was needed. I took a bus Line 1 from the airport to the train station where I took a taxi to the hotel for 10 yuan. You need to have the hotel info in Chinese to show to a taxi driver. Going to the airport from the city is more complicated: a taxi may cost at least 150 yuan (as of fall 2019) but very likely will cost more as rip offs are not uncommon. Airport bus leaves from the Civic Aviation building (民航大厦) on 99 Zhongshan Lu, which can be reached by taxi or buses 2, 3, 21, 22, 68, 69, 82, 103, 108, 111, 115 to Tian’e Hotel (天鹅饭店车) stop - I haven't tried it myself yet! Use Maps.me for navigation as Google maps do not work in China even with preloaded maps

Kevin, the duty manager, was particularity very accommodating and helpful. He helped us with our luggage during the busy period. The breakfast spread was good. Gym was small with two treadmill machines and one all-in-one fitness equipment. But no one was there so you got the whole gym to yourself. TV channels were limited. Bathroom amenities were adequate. Overall it's a good stay.
