1.. The room was clean and tidy, which made us feel just comfortable. Especially the light fragrance in the hotel lobby really smelled good. 2. The attitude of the service staff is very good 3. There is a lounge bar at the front desk, which is great for sitting and working. It’s really great. 4. Parking is convenient. It is worth recommending. It is a world for foodies. There are all kinds of places to eat in one street. Strong amway haha

Lovely hotel near to the ice festival so I'm glad that I wasn't too far away from all the sights because it was very cold there. A warm comfortable room and a delicious breakfast.

I often go to Bingcheng for business trips. This time I stayed next to a friend's company. The Wanda Vista Jiangbei Hotel left a great impression on me. When I checked in at night, the young lady Beira at the front desk was very considerate. Seeing that I didn't order breakfast, she gave me a breakfast after learning about my itinerary, which made me feel very warm. Thank you very much to Wang Yanhong and Wen Yu for their considerate service. There are also fruits and yogurt in the evening. Because there are guests coming over, the amount of mineral water given is very large. The breakfast provided is good in terms of style and quality. There is snow outside, but the room is warm and warm. In spring, it’s not far from the world of ice and snow. I’ll stay here next time on a business trip and take a look at the ice lanterns.

The room has complete facilities and is very warm. The hotel is in a good location. There is a snack street on the first floor with a lot of delicious food. It is very close to Sunac Mall and Ice and Snow World. The service and sanitation are also very good. It is very convenient and the price/performance ratio is great. This hotel is nice enough, fairly newly renovated with big clean rooms and our river view room had a lovely view… but it’s in a *very* inconvenient location unless you have your own car or private transport booked. It’s only a 15 minute drive to the ice and snow world that’s true but good luck to you getting a didi or taxi to come to the hotel in the morning to take you there!!!! After trying to book a didi multiple times with no response we had to take the 1 hour+ long bus instead. There’s also nowhere nearby to go for dinner within walking distance when it’s -20 degrees. The reception staff are also quite unhelpful (our taxi driver to get us to the station came to wrong spot - all we wanted was for reception to talk on the phone to the driver) and eating food when they are working.

The hotel has unique design and excellent location. The Woyun room type is cost-effective and suitable for families. The name of the place is very special. The star who checked in gave us supplies and introduced them in detail. The housekeeper Xiaomeng was also very enthusiastic. The hotel has a long breakfast time. There are free late night snacks, which are very good. It is recommended to stay!

We had the most amazing stay in the Deluxe suite in this hotel✨️ From check-in, the staff were welcoming and very efficient in getting us settled. And all our interactions with them were pleasant. Our room was clean, warm and very lit. ​There were complimentary fruits, fruit drinks and soda. We also had access to a coffee machine in our room. ​The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even lotion which smelled so good, much like vetiver. ​There was an air purifier and a humidifier to help with the dry air. The breakfast was really good and I appreciated being able to do 'take-away'. I also liked seeing that the take away option was widely available and much supported by the hotel's preparation of boxes and bowls so that there wouldn't be food wastage or recycling. We were able to do our laundry (wash and somewhat dry) by ourselves. The location of the hotel was easily accessible by car and Sunac Land is 3 minutes away. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again.😊

Overall, the service at Harbin Shangri-La is good. The only thing to criticize here is the front desk staff wearing black uniforms who checked in at noon on the 17th! I had made a reservation for a quiet room, but when I went upstairs, I discovered it was a connecting room! Why give a non-standard room with worse soundproofing than a normal room without prior consent from the guest? For this reason, I spent 30 minutes to change rooms! (I would like to commend the female staff member who helped me move up and downstairs twice and ran in with a birthday cake to rearrange my room.) After a long journey, I wanted to go to a hotel to rest, but I still had to worry about such a simple thing! Compared with the enthusiastic service attitude of employees in other departments, the service at this front desk is very stiff. It is recommended to focus on retraining! I would also like to commend the concierge who was responsible for loading and unloading luggage and the female staff in the executive lounge who were responsible for reception on the morning of the 18th, the aunt who was responsible for cleaning on the 17th on the luxury loft floor, and the boys who were responsible for the omelette area in the breakfast room on the first floor. The staff (he cooks porridge and omelette by himself, and is responsible for a large area) are very dedicated, enthusiastic and courteous! Special praise for the birthday cake given by the western restaurant. The packaging and materials are very good, especially the cream part. Compared with the cake given by Changchun Shangri-La where I stayed the next day, the taste and ingredients are a little inferior.

Overall, everything is good, and the environment is also very good. I took my children there during the National Day holiday, and the staff even upgraded the family room. The stay was very comfortable. It was very convenient to go around and eat, and there was a free parking lot.
