I arrived earlier at ten o'clock. The front desk lady immediately checked in. I didn't have to wait until 12 o'clock. It was great. Except for the small room, everything else was fine. Mainly the bed was very comfortable.

Great location, right across is the start of Zhong Yang Street. We went mid Dec, with temps of around -10 to -33 at night, the hotel location allowed us to still be able to do some sightseeing by just crossing the road. The rooms are warm and spacious. Hotel breakfast had a good variety, a great plus point having hot breakfast on site! Hotel right on a busy road made getting taxis very easy. It's under 10 mins walk to Sophia cathedral, walkable during the day if wrapped up warm! Train station is around 10 mins away, airport around 35mins away by cab

The hygiene is very good, it is cleaned every day, but the toiletries are not provided in time. After staying for four days, there was nothing on the first day. I went downstairs and asked for a toothbrush. The next day, a toothbrush, shower cap, comb care package was placed in the bathroom. There was nothing on the third day, and a full set was replenished on the fourth day. Is this replenished every other day? The room is very warm, even if the air conditioner is not turned on, it is very hot. The old house is renovated, the voltage of the socket is unstable, and the power will trip when charging. The air is dry and the room is equipped with a humidifier.

This is a budget hotel and I asked for a budget room so my expectations were modest. However, what I received, was below modest from my experience. Room was warm enough and size was tight. Bed was ok but funny round shape. There was no division between bedroom and bathroom which made the shower experience too cold. Also I found a bug in the bathroom (alive). Location was very convenient, but even with that I wouldn’t repeat this hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The subway entrance is just outside the door. It is super comfortable and convenient for traveling in the cold and cold Erbin~ The room is clean and tidy and has everything you need. My room has very good lighting. I was staying in Harbin as part of a wandering holiday, I chose this hotel due to its proximity to St Sophia. I came to Harbin in search of good Russian food and we not disappointed, although the Russian BBQ proved to be the best of our selection. Access to cars via the Didi app was fairly easy, but the oneway system meant that we sometimes had a ten minute wait. The staff were kind and helpful and we had plenty of instant coffee provided to keep us going. Our only critism was the limited size of the breakfast room and the limited nature of quality offerings.

The lobby and room hardware look very good, and the front desk service is also very good and polite. It is very close to the Confucian Temple and Harbin Engineering University, and the campus view is great. The details of the hotel need to be improved urgently. On the first day, I stayed in room 302. It was said to have a window, but in fact it was a small side window. The room was very dark during the day, so I had to re-order the room in room 520 the next day. The common problems in both rooms are that the smart toilet lid and the toilet are extremely unmatched, and it is unhygienic for men to use them. The carpets in both rooms appear dirty. There were flies in the breakfast room too.

Had to wait for the second room to be ready but we came before 3pm. Room had two skylight windows. Wanted to upgrade rooms but hotel was full. Stayed 2 nights, 2 bedrooms. Location was fantastic. Kevin, the duty manager, was particularity very accommodating and helpful. He helped us with our luggage during the busy period. The breakfast spread was good. Gym was small with two treadmill machines and one all-in-one fitness equipment. But no one was there so you got the whole gym to yourself. TV channels were limited. Bathroom amenities were adequate. Overall it's a good stay.
