Overall very good. The room is hygienic, quiet and tidy. Because it is a bed and breakfast type with only one black housekeeper, but there are gardeners and cleaners, so there is no need to worry about hygiene. The food is good and very safe.

Clean. Nice Gardens. Friendly Staff. Not a hotel so service is limited. More of an in and out place because they don’t have big rooms. The Tilapia fillet wasn’t great I suspect it was frozen. Breakfast was better. Check with the host about the security because I didn’t notice any guards.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Hayley and all the staff at Grosvenor House. The team is absolutely fantastic — my laundry was done and returned to my room within just a couple of hours, and the chef even made me traditional mealie meal porridge for breakfast, which I truly appreciated. Our bedrooms were more than comfortable, with spacious layouts, king-size beds, and a lovely little veranda to sit and relax. A special thank you to Hayley for her patience while we waited for our transfer to be finalised. I highly recommend Grosvenor House for your stay in Harare. Hayley and her staff truly go the extra mile to ensure you have a comfortable and happy experience Thank you. 🌻

Very impressed, would highly recommend Grosvenor House. Boutique style, very tastefully decorated and the staff were exceptional, very attentive. The grounds & pool area are so nice too. I would love to come back and spend a few days there. Thank you!!

A wonderful collection of guest rooms with idyllic peaceful grounds. Family run, you get a personal experience second to none in Harare. The rooms are well equipped extremely comfortable and private. Food is as you'd expect from a family run establishment , first class home cooked food. I've now stayed here a number of times and it never fails to disappoint and a real welcome break from the run of the mill hotel chains. There is no need to look elsewhere and I will be back.

Grosvenor House graciously hosted my bridal party and I while we got ready for my wedding. We had use of a suite and the common areas, all of which are beautifully appointed. Platters of fruit and pastries were served with Prosecco and it was superb! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the overall service was on point. I can wholeheartedly recommend Grosvenor House for your special occasion or visit!

It’s always a pleasure staying at Grosvenor House and I’m always impressed the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The rooms are cozy and well- appointed, with beautiful views of the surrounding garden. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure that my stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The common areas are inviting and perfect for relaxing after a long day. I would highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a peaceful and private stay. I keep going back.

Beautiful oasis in the heart of Harare with the friendliest owners and staff, going out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are lovely and elegant. Wellington the chef is absolutely amazing. Best steak in Zimbabwe! You won’t be disappointed.
