Disspointed with the stay. Owners are not welcoming neither friendly. Room is average for me to select poor is only one reason. There is not a single water bottle in the room and when asked about it thatvwe don't provide if you want it's on chargeable basis. Guest rooms are in the same level of a restaurant which is always occupied by family members chit chatting. No sound proff or you feel like that you're in a house arrest. Room is decent but hardly any amenities, no kettle, no tea coffee amenities. The mini fridge was very dirty when i pointed out also they didn't bother about the feedback. Bedsheet was torn. Will not recommend.

It is one of the cleanest places we have been in Sri Lanka. Everything is well taken care of. The bed was super comfortable, and the views amazing! Raheem and his family are very kind, always ready to help. They taught us about their language and they gave us some useful tips. We are really happy to have met them, and to spend two nights sat this comfortable and cozy inn.

The family was very friendly, they were very welcoming and wanted to help me with me trip. The room was clean and the bed good. Furtermore, the food was amazing, best I had thusfar in Sri Lanka. It is a really nice place to take a walk. Would really recommend!!

We did not stay here! They would not check us in even though I showed them we had paid on *******. They wanted cash from us. They said ******* doesn’t pay them and they wanted us to pay again. We didn’t because the place looked dirty and unfinished. We left. Now I’m trying to get my money back from *******. i got through on chat, Bupindher said someone from ******* service would email me but they have not.

Super nice room, amazing place very very clean. Very nice and friendly owner. Highly reccomend it. Rooms are like new, good brekfast :) We stayed for one night and spend whole evening talking to the family. We had a great time. Location by tuk tuk 5 min from centre.

Hôtel type Home Stay - plutôt basique - une petite savonnette pour trois jours à deux personnes…. Literie super mince pour nuit froides….nourriture correcte bien que le choix soit plutôt limité… nous avons trouvé les hôtes plutôt distants, limite désagréables… ne nous sommes pas sentis les bienvenus!

Hotel en las afueras de Haputale. La verdad que la ubicación no importa mucho. Nos recogieron en la estación sin cargo. Desayuno Sri Lanka y Continental. Cenamos una noche de las 2 que estuvimos. Están con reformas y el ruido de los trabajadores molesta. Nos dijeron que en un par de meses terminaban. Nos organizaron el tuk-tuk a Lipton's Seat y el traslado a Galle. En la habitación no hay agua embotellada, nevera, secador. Cogimos una habitación triple con balcón, lo cual se agradece. Llama la atención que nos cobraran un té que pedimos a media tarde. El dueño habla inglés perfectamente. Cerca tienes Mint in the mist para poder comer o cenar (tiene vistas muy bonitas).
