第一次帶父母出遊，住宿一定要乾淨整潔寬敞舒服，房間一看就是新的，打掃的非常乾淨，佈置的簡約大方，有到家了的放鬆感，房間沒有任何異味，雖然沒有停車場，但附近停車也很方便，附近還有早市夜市可以逛，地址位置很好，入住三晚，父母都很喜歡。

清明節前帶着寶貝去漢中觀賞油菜花，這家住宿非常不錯。
設施：有兩個卧室一大一小
環境：在一個小區裏，好安逸，離漢江也不遠走路15分鐘遛娃
服務：房東姐姐人非常好。我們説沒有水了，姐姐專門來幫我們添直飲水，各項都很耐心

停車場較遠，房屋陳舊，沒有暖氣，開車自駕的親們稍微留意下。這間公寓面積夠大，對細節比較在意的親們，慎重。不知道是不是漢中這座城市定位的問題？這邊感覺不到民宿的專業氛圍，有點像自家住宅臨時改的，有客人換一套客用被罩，沒有有客人就自住。主要是細節上太不講究，我拍了些照片，可以供大家參考。管道異味、吹風機變形還快斷了、客廳牆皮比較敷衍&很多細節…還有這家店的待客之道可能也需要注意下：北方很冷，我們到的時候已經天黑了，發現很多窗户都是開着的，冷死了，全屋空調開到最高檔都不好使。今天早上，我們才發現客廳窗簾外面還有一個陽台：兩者很多床單被罩，窗户打開…本來就沒有暖氣的屋子，通風也不能這樣啊，太不友好了！PS：客廳的廁所即使洗個腳也會玩命往外流水，蔓延到外面…入住體驗一直在往下走（客廳窗户，早上我發現後才關上的）真有點鬱悶啊

小區沒有停車的地方，停在外面要單獨收費，一天15。
房間很新，床品很乾凈，小區很迷你，但是遛狗還可以。出門不遠有菜市場可以買早餐，附近有很多麪皮米皮店，很方便，走路可以去博物館，夜市。

房間在一個安靜的小區，進出門和停車都很方便，走路1公里到江邊公園。房間是高質量的民宿，像自己家一樣，該有的設施設備都有了，非常高檔、舒適。父母住的很滿意。

這套民宿是這一趟旅程下來住過的五套民宿中最滿意的。首先位置很好，去濱江公園和老城區都很近，步行均可到達，其次房間佈置很温馨，能看出房主是用了心的，也很乾凈。再者小區環境不錯，晚上很安靜！停車場就在小區門口，收費十五塊也可以接受。非常推薦！
