I called the front desk, and the lady at the front desk said that there is heating in the room but no air conditioning. I said if I caught a cold, is your hotel responsible? I know the temperature has not come up. What I said is that the window is leaking. Then seeing that I had a bad attitude, the lady at the front desk said she would send someone to take a look, and she sent an aunt, which was even funnier. I said you don’t want to sit by the window and just close the curtains. I really want to say something bad. Can’t I save some money by just going to a windowless room?
