好壞都有吧，先説好的方面，酒店衞生處理乾淨，設施也很齊全且精緻，桌角都有保護防止磕碰，提供的用品也很好，看得出來質量都不錯，也有學習吃飯的長桌子，挺人性化的。
再説問題，酒店牆不隔音且很差，隔壁半夜12點打電話被吵醒，説話內容聽得一清二楚，聲音很大完全睡不了，跟前台溝通後沒效果（後來攜程客服反映是前台怕説了被投訴，難道我被吵得睡不着你就不怕我投訴嗎😓）後面又找攜程人工客服，處理很及時，很清楚得聽到前台給隔壁房間打電話以及內容，但是也沒效果，隔壁打電話聲音持續了一個小時到1:07結束，因為持續被吵得睡不着，後面我到三點才睡着，因為第二天有考試，六點就得起來去考場，所以受到的影響是很顯然的，如果是準備考試對睡眠有要求的話不推薦入住。
總體説來設施都很不錯，但是隔音挺差，完全無法入睡，希望後面有所注意。

房間乾淨，設施完善，停車方便，尤其是前台和酒店負責人蔡經理，我連訂兩晚，因行程變更，需取消第二天的房間，自己在網上申請退款，又去前台告知，前台小妹説沒問題，可以退。結果平台拒絕退款，我又找前台，前台讓我11號一早再跟平台客服打電話説明情況，期間平台一直在以合作訂單為由拖延，而酒店方蔡經理卻一直安撫我的情緒，並積極配合解決退款問題，最終平台確認退款。感謝酒店負責人蔡經理的耐心服務和積極響應。相遇偶然，卻給我留下深刻印象，我為7天石橋鋪好吃街陳家坪店打call，為重慶旅遊業打call，不枉我熱愛重慶，因為所有的重慶人和旅遊服務人員的服務，值得我一來再來！

超出意外的驚喜，訂的家庭房，面積超大，套間，很舒適，房間是中央空調，停車很方便，除了房間細節上有點小瑕疵，但這個價位很物超所值了👍
