Because the kids wanted to play in the water, we chose this hotel with a swimming pool. I was unexpectedly satisfied. The service staff in the lobby were very enthusiastic. In addition to the swimming pool, there were also ocean balls and toy areas for the kids to play. The kids had a lot of fun.

Except that the room is a little bit smaller (not a big deal), everything else is of true five-star accommodation and service standards. It should be the only true five-star hotel in Hanzhong. The buffet restaurant is a little bit smaller, but the food is still quite exquisite. If you need to choose a true five-star hotel, you can only choose this one.

The surrounding environment of the hotel is excellent, and the hardware and service barely match the hotel price. Some small suggestions: First, the guest room facilities have some minor flaws, the curtain edges are seriously light-transmitting, and the wardrobe light is always on after the door is closed, which affects sleep. Second, the hotel pillows are very uncomfortable. Our whole family did not sleep well on the first night. Because we brought two children, we asked the guest room to change 4 latex pillows on the second night, but they refused. In the end, they only reluctantly changed two buckwheat pillows and two latex pillows. I don’t understand why they didn’t give them? On the other hand, if your latex pillows are so popular, don’t you reflect on whether there is a problem with the pillows in your guest room?
