Although it was off-season, the hotel's service attitude was still very good. The dedicated housekeeper Lin Ling added WeChat in advance and was patient and enthusiastic throughout the process. The hotel's meals and dining services also remained online. The climate by the lake is cool, and walking in the forest is also very pleasant. It was quiet. The only problem was that when I came back, I couldn't open the door with my room card. I happened to meet a guest and opened the door for me. All in all, I spent a pleasant day.

總體評價很不錯，非常適合需要逃離城市喧囂、親近大自然、放空自己的你。所有服務人員都是訓練有素，素質非常高，不輸很多豪華酒店的服務人員，在此要特別感謝管家小朱，非常貼心，非常細心，非常棒！
雖然衹吃過早餐，但是可以看得出來，廚師水平非常不一般，簡單的早餐搭配非常豐盛，而且每一道菜都是精心準備，味道一點兒都不輸外面的大餐廳。衹可惜時間太短，來不及品嚐廚師的大餐，下次一定要品嚐一下。（看菜單價格非常合理）
最後提幾個小小的建議：1. 茶非常不錯，茶具也都準備了，但是沒有茶夾杯夾等小工具，不方便取茶，客人自己用手抓茶葉肯定不衞生也不方便，杯子加了熱茶很燙手，也不方便，可以考慮改進；2. 建議增加一些簡單的智能家電，比如智能音箱搭配一些簡單的智能聯網設備，這樣可以適當增加一些簡單的娛樂（聽音樂，控制燈光電器等）；3. 地面稍有點滑，雖然不會輕易摔跤，但是確實有點擔心，建議整改一下。就想到這麼多，希望可以考慮和改進。

過了一個超級好的週末在雲縵山莊，管家服務非常好
免費室內：桌球、遊戲機、健身房、書吧、茶吧 （在會所一樓）
免費室外：山地自行車、乒乓球、羽毛球、網球、籃球、户外小童遊樂場、楠竹林休閑步道
有很多小貓🐈真的非常可愛！管家朱玲真的非常非常貼心，飯食安排也非常好。
平時壓力比較大，泡一下池子然後再看看風景，散散步真的非常棒，完全和西安是兩個感覺有點江南水鄉的感覺。

無意中刷到雲縵山莊視頻，果斷就預訂了房間，在這兒待了三天，去了周邊龍頭山景區，以及別的景區，一點都沒感覺無聊。雲縵山莊位於紅寺湖景區對面，這裏適合帶一家老小居住，每個房間都能看到湖景。管家小向前一天主動聯繫了我們，併發了酒店定位，入住期間也會隨時關心我們入住情況，以及是否需要提供幫助，服務周到，熱情。

入住2次了，第二次入住時酒店貼心的還是給我安排了第一次入住的房間，環境沒得説，雨天煙霧繚繞的湖面，春天薔薇開滿路兩側，山莊安靜舒適，廚房的餐食也非常的豐盛，管家小姐姐的服務更是沒得説，貼心周到的入住前一天就各種慰問提醒，夏天提前幫你開好空調，冬天提前幫你開好暖氣，房間更是很用心的提供了書籍，茶具一應俱全，感受到了老闆的用心經營，總之特別暖心～
