發現酒店一次性牙刷是被二次利用過的 打開包裝無塑料膜，牙刷盒破裂，牙刷上有污垢，牙膏無蓋且封膜已被扎破。
發現後立即找酒店前台反應協商，酒店前台推卸責任到消費者身上，態度囂張惡劣，無服務意識
酒店衞生堪憂，酒店服務意識差，消費者權益受到侵害，有惡意傳播疾病風險。

不滿意
和朋友出來玩 在外面熱了一天 回到酒店房間想着涼快一下 結果空調是壞的 八點叫人來調了一次 結果到十二點室內温度還顯示的是三十度 熱的睡不着覺 第二天下樓吃早飯 發現大廳比房間內涼快一萬倍！
當時要求換房間沒有同意 還被告知説是我們不懂中央空調的運行機制 太差了真的太差了 這種酒店是怎麼開下去的請問
