300多的價格，在漢中也不算低了，想着攜程4鑽也應該不會太差。可是真高估了他們。説有洗衣房，問前台洗衣房在幾樓，被告知臟衣服放在房間裏，會有工作人員上門取臟衣服，洗好了再送回來，還挺欣喜説這服務還可以啊，萬萬沒想到，給前台説了要洗衣服，讓工作人員上門來取，結果沒動靜，找到樓層服務員，讓取衣服，嘴上説的好好好，可是從頭天下午三點辦理入住到第二天退房也沒人來取。還有説的自助下午茶，去8樓餐廳看了一下，都沒好意思往下坐。烏漆麻黑的燈也不開，所謂的下午茶，就擺了兩種散裝餅乾，一種散裝糖，還有一個袋裝豌豆。感覺就是壓根沒想讓你去喝下午茶。入住送的酸奶本應該冷藏，可是卻常温在屋裡放着，也不知道放了多久。入住體驗別提有多差了，反正不會再有下次來入住了，也不知道怎麼評上的4鑽。

臨時在網上搜來住的，條件還可以，但是性價比不高。很多地方衞生沒做到位。感覺有點像商務酒店的水平，攜程四鑽給高了。

酒店服務很温馨，還能免費洗衣服熨燙，孩子玩了一天大人累，小孩臟，來了這家酒店，問題全解決。

有兩點，第一個就是隔音比較差，旁邊有人喝醉了，基本上鬧到了三點左右才睡。還有就是早餐確實稍微單一了。好多都沒有，我已經拿了所有的菜了，只有這麼一點。其他都還好，服務也不錯，各方面都可以，就這兩點

雙人自助下午茶:去的晚了，沒吃到，但房間放了兩桔子，幾顆大棗，兩盒酸奶，也就十幾，二十塊錢的東西，不錯了。早餐不錯，種類繁多，味道不錯

房間很乾凈，沒有異味，寬敞明亮，前台還送了酸奶和水果，房間裏有免費的礦泉水，茶葉，一次性洗臉巾，馬桶墊，浴巾也是消毒包裝。忘記拍照了。

這家酒店住了很多次 感覺硬件裝修已經有些老了 房間之前配套的零食點心也沒有了，停車方便，有自己的停車場，服務人員服務態度較好，房間燈光該升級了，整體光線有點昏暗。
