Overall you get what you pay for. The advantage is that it’s cheap! The hygiene is okay and the room is not small. But the disadvantages are: the table is very small and there is little space to put things, and the bathroom is extremely small. I have never lived in such a small place. I can only stand one person. I can’t even put the trash can. There is no place to put toilet paper. It’s bigger. People have to go to the toilet, and if they want to take a shower, there is no place to put clothes. What's even more annoying is that if you use water in the toilet upstairs, you can hear a loud splashing sound, and it's particularly not soundproof. Another thing is that every time the elevator opens the door, there is a sound of Ding Ling, just like the doorbell ringing next door, noisy.
