The hotel hardware is actually very good, but the management level is extremely poor. Except for a pretty girl wearing glasses who just arrived at the front desk and was relatively warm and kind, the others were either indifferent, listless, or unprofessional. The hygiene is good and the bedding is good. But the road downstairs was filled with traffic all night long, making it impossible to fall asleep. The most annoying thing is that the hotel simply turned off the central air conditioning, and even the fan couldn't be turned on. In order to reduce the noise from downstairs, we had to close all the windows, but the room was not ventilated, and the heat and stuffiness made it difficult for us to sleep well all night. This speaks volumes about the hotel's complete indifference to the well-being of its guests. The breakfast is also extremely unpalatable, and none of the employees have the minimum quality of a service industry worker and the ability to communicate with customers.

I was almost waiting for the front desk receptionist to greet me, which shows their service awareness. The location is very good, just off the highway and close to Hanyuan Lake. The breakfast is OK, but the hotel is a little expensive. There are not many places to eat nearby. The houses in Hanyuan County are all on the mountain, and it is not easy to walk up the hill. The prices in Hanyuan County are not cheap either.

The hotel service is too tailor-made. I checked in and left the hotel the next day. I parked my suitcase at the lobby entrance in the morning. A security guard wearing glasses came over and told me to leave quickly. My luggage had just been packed, so I told him I was leaving right away. The security guard turned out to be a murderer for no apparent reason.

It's so bad that I'm speechless. I didn't sleep at all that night. The room was dusty and full of hair, and the towel was so yellow that it was dirty even for wiping hands. The room was not soundproof and the sounds of traffic, quarrels and chatting continued throughout the night. , a fight broke out at two in the morning, and four or five policemen were roaring in the corridor for several hours. Poor service. . . . . Friends, please avoid this pitfall. It’s better to just find the lowest price at this level.
