Hanyuan Wanhe Hotel

It's pretty good. Hanyuan is a relatively good hotel. The scenery in the lake view room is also good. The overall stay experience is great. Good experience. Worth recommending Facilities: relatively complete

The hotel hardware is actually very good, but the management level is extremely poor. Except for a pretty girl wearing glasses who just arrived at the front desk and was relatively warm and kind, the others were either indifferent, listless, or unprofessional. The hygiene is good and the bedding is good. But the road downstairs was filled with traffic all night long, making it impossible to fall asleep. The most annoying thing is that the hotel simply turned off the central air conditioning, and even the fan couldn't be turned on. In order to reduce the noise from downstairs, we had to close all the windows, but the room was not ventilated, and the heat and stuffiness made it difficult for us to sleep well all night. This speaks volumes about the hotel's complete indifference to the well-being of its guests. The breakfast is also extremely unpalatable, and none of the employees have the minimum quality of a service industry worker and the ability to communicate with customers.

I was almost waiting for the front desk receptionist to greet me, which shows their service awareness. The small hand towels in the bathroom are already dim, but they are still insisting on working there. I am speechless. The shower room floor was covered with yellow dirt which was difficult to clean. Overall it was just average.

The location is very good, just off the highway and close to Hanyuan Lake. The breakfast is OK, but the hotel is a little expensive. There are not many places to eat nearby. The houses in Hanyuan County are all on the mountain, and it is not easy to walk up the hill. The prices in Hanyuan County are not cheap either.

非常喜歡的酒店，性價比合適， 設施：比較好，設計符合四星酒店。基本的紙品厚軟，比經濟酒店好得多。 衞生：比較好。 環境：周邊環境不錯，餐廳面朝向流沙河。 服務：比較好。提供免費停車。 早餐豐富，質量可以。 寵物友好，很温暖。非常鍾情這家酒店，已經入住三次，這次也是特意為住這家酒店而設計行程，一天一人開了11個小時。累也覺得值得。下次路過附近還會入住。
