The front desk staff was nice, but the hotel facilities were average and the hygiene was average. There were no disposable bath towels. There were black marks on both sides of the four pillows. I felt itchy all over when I slept. I couldn't fall asleep most of the night because of the itchiness.

There are many restaurants and teahouses downstairs, and it is close to the pier for boat tours. The overall facilities in the room are good, and the lake view room can see the lake and the mountain. The buffet breakfast is rich. The shortcomings are that the shower head has some problems, and the hair dryer gear is a bit out of order, but they can still be used. After reporting to the front desk, they responded enthusiastically and sent small gifts.
