建康莊園（鳳堰古梯田店）房間簡潔乾淨，老闆人很熱情，有求必應。農家菜做的很地道，價位適中。健康莊園位於漢旋路邊，距離古梯田景區觀景台兩公里多，有自己的停車場，自駕遊者很方便。酒店屋後三百多米就是茶山，步行到茶山頂觀景台大約六七百米，可觀賞古梯田景區全景，如天氣晴朗可看日出。酒店的早餐經濟實惠，物有所值。

這民宿不推薦選擇，我們選了一個可以打麻將的家庭套房。可是老闆為了多賺錢，把我們訂的這個套房又給別人賣了一回。把我們甩給了另外一家，給了我們比較小的房間。體驗感極差。

種草了好久漢陰的古梯田景觀，終於決定在五一和一家老小去體會一下。
首先，健康山莊就在景區入口處，地勢相對平坦，有一個比較大的院子，有停車區域，有户外活動區域，還有一個小舞台，老闆貼心的提供卡拉OK，團建、家庭聚會都非常合適。值得一提的是，健康山莊是一個物流寄存點，我們在漢陰發現了很多寶藏，後面可以寄出哦😊。再説住，麻雀小五臟全，健康山莊可以提供標間，大床房，家庭房。我們是三大兩小，開始訂了標間，結果老闆很熱心的在瞭解情況後，幫我們調了家庭房和大床房。本來在山裡，沒有期待住宿環境會多好，結果看到了房間，首當其沖的是乾淨，被子床單被罩枕頭，都很乾凈，都是太陽曬過的味道。陳設相對簡單，衞生間有浴霸和熱水器，熱水充足，水壓足夠，整體感覺很温馨。對了，充電的插座相當充足。房間沒有電視，不過景色太美，個人覺得沒有必要，看電視就是浪費大好時光。我們一家吃飽喝足在院子裏躺椅上看月亮看星星，呼吸新鮮空氣，簡直不要太舒服。個人覺得，拖鞋不是一次性的，介意的人可以自帶。還有洗漱套裝，山莊是提供的，不過質量確實一般，介意可以自帶。當然這些我們都不在意，因為確實太愜意舒服了，景色是太美了，真的是窗外一副畫，我們即是看畫的人，也是畫中人。
健康山莊的老闆是地道本地人，所有景色哪裡美，什麼時候美，老闆如數家珍，如果有空，老闆一定會親自帶你們過去的。老闆娘做了一手特色美食，並且要第一時間溝通好，比如辣的程度，鹽的程度，老闆娘料理的妥妥的。我們吃了當地的鮮筍，臘肉，現殺的雞，現摘的香椿，生菜，蓮花白，還有老闆自家的大米。家常便飯，温馨美味。對了，老闆請我們喝了玉米釀造的白酒，很好喝。
景區可以玩兩天，非常放鬆，長者也可以輕鬆hold得住。孩子可以在梯田周圍撈魚蝦，據説還有螃蟹🦀呢！我們計劃了一天，有點兒捨不得，一定還會再去。我們最後買了菜籽油，臘肉，純紅薯粉，鮮筍，整整打包了一個大箱子。沒有強制消費 完全是被美食吸引。
