酒店服務不好，收了按金100，退房的時候説原路返回，隔了一天多了還沒退到，找到酒店前台去才給退的，平台上留電話都打不通，如果是外地人，已經離開了就完全退不到按金了

凌晨到的，前台已經準備睡覺了
住的是4樓的雙人間
酒店顯示是2023年還是24年開業的？新開業
但實際上設施還挺老的，空調是中央空調
然後房間總有一股，怎麼説呢，就是不通氣的一種潮味，或者説一種灰塵很厚的感覺
大概是酒店年限太久了
最糟心的是入住的時候並沒有提示説國慶期間必須在12:30之前退房，否則的話按鐘點房計價，而我在平台上面是有享受權益，可以延遲到2點退房的
搞衞生的阿姨直接12:25敲門來通知12:30之前退房
而且線下是付了100塊錢按金的，

酒店位置好，在萬達廣場正後麪，湖邊，晚上景色好，周邊遊玩和吃都很方便，酒店有專屬保安安排停車，相當不錯！

新裝修確實還可以，價格優惠，前台小姐姐服務態度很好，房間舒適 整潔 乾淨，地理位置也好，晚上散步對面就是萬達廣場！停車又方便

服務差，空調是冷風，叫前台沒有來，後來一個老保安來處理，搞了幾個小時才調好温度，昨天晚上我們幾個人都感冒了，住這樣的酒店，真是受罪。我本不想説，其實這幾年疫情不容易，我自己也是做民宿的，服務很重要，每個客人都是衝著熱情，態度，服務而來，一點問題，衹要你服務態度好，其實都不是問題。
