三樓的大平台沒有利用好，看不到工作人員。整體酒店性價比不錯，地理位置佳。服務大概還停留在二三星快捷酒店的水平吧。訂了四間都是連住兩晚的房間，但是到第二天，四個房間的房卡輪流出現無法開門的情況，有的上午發生，有的中午發生，還有的白天都好的，晚上突然房卡實效……更奇葩的是一張已經更新過的房卡衹用一次又用不了了。一趟趟跑前台更新房卡，可服務員連句抱歉的話都沒有……如此C位地點的酒店，希望服務也讓客人更有C位體驗才好呀。

到褒禪山遊玩推薦入住，停車方便，配套有餐廳，依山傍水，距離華陽洞景區入口大概一兩百米，房間大且乾淨，性價比很高，國慶節還贈送了國旗的髮夾和貼紙，非常滿意。
水果、點心套餐:房間贈送了香蕉和月餅。

酒店位置靠近褒禪山華陽洞景區，出遊首選！離華陽洞才100~200多米，太方便了！房間大，乾淨衞生，早餐豐富多樣。訂房間還送兩張華陽洞門票，太划算了。出景區回酒店也很近。前台熱情，太感謝了！

非常滿意的出遊體驗！必須全方位五星好評！嚴重強力推薦！
酒店在褒禪山景區最核心的位置，步行到華陽洞和褒慧禪寺兩分鐘，不遠就是伍子胥古道，開車沿着古道到古昭關9公里。周圍羣山環繞空氣質量絕佳，對面是水庫和步棧道。停車場巨大且免費，車位充足。客房寬敞設施齊全，衞浴設備和床品寢具品質一流，酷暑天氣空調十分給力。餐廳巨大食材新鮮，分量足價格低，早上自助餐非常豐富。連續三天都是在酒店用餐，同行者大呼物有所值。三樓的大觀景平台，非常適合喝茶聊天。
必須要誇一下酒店員工的服務意識，有問必答有求必應。入住當天外圍道路臨時施工，前台專門致電還給示意圖，提醒我們避開施工路段，大讚！前台、餐廳、保潔、保安各崗位的員工客客氣氣盡心盡力，非常滿意。尤其是能夠理解體諒遊客的特殊需求，允許我帶着自家寵物狗入住，非常感謝！
褒禪山度假酒店的硬件和服務，遠遠超出了我的預期，絕對值得五星好評！待深秋時節，會帶着朋友再來欣賞滿山的紅葉。
