Erika at the front desk was courteous. The room was clean but i noticed that the beddings in one of the bed is crumpled, but the other one is smooth. Not that it matters but it was so obvious. The breakfast buffet was superb. Theres a refreshment near the lobby to quench your thirst specially this summer was very helpful.

The hotel is in a good location with convenient dining nearby. There is a hamburger restaurant in front of the hotel, which tastes good. There is also a Thai restaurant next to it, where the fried rice noodles taste excellent.

The only advantage of staying at an airport hotel is that it is convenient. It is convenient to come and go, and you don't have to worry too much. I haven't been here for a long time, and it's pretty good to live here. I look forward to coming again next time

This hotel was good for our anniversary getaway. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was always pleasant and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and I would recommend tf his location!

We enjoyed the stay, but it also the room that we were in was a king suite, but the bathtub was small, shower had no pressure type.

I stayed at the holiday Inn express on March 9th 2024. The front desk Rep was polite and friendly, the room was clean…. My first issue was the bed was ungodly uncomfortable… it was as if there was lumps in the bed. I chopped it up to it’s only for one night seeing as though I’ve stayed there before and I didn’t have this problem. I did discover that the heating system made a whistling noise when it would come on then a humming noise too. I truly didn’t feel like going to guest services and tried to tune it out with the tv. Bad idea because once the tv was off that was very annoying. I ended up checking out early vs a late check out because I had a restless evening. I had a supervisor call me to discuss the matter and said he would give me 20 bucks credit for my inconvenience. I was like wow! That’s what my inconvenience was worth. He say I’ll do 30 but that’s it. It was as if I was asking for money! He could have apologized and said I can give you a discount your next stay to make it up to you. I was taken aback and wouldn’t stay there again just because of how I was handled. I also think management should definitely be at hotels on the weekends to handle problems that a desk clerk can’t.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast had a lot of things to choose from. My only complaint was that the bed was very hard and you could feel the springs. Other than that very nice hotel.

We like how close to Fort Meade the hotel is. This was our third stay there to visit/pick up our sailor

Front desk personnel was awesome! Wish I caught his name. Gave us a map and great suggestions for dinner!

After a glitch between booking on a 3rd party website and checking in the took care of and fixed the error immediately once i noticed it and let them know i was double charged. The front desk fixed and and came upstairs to our room with the paper work ahowing the reversal and said it would be in my account no later then midnight and if their were any issues the code on the paper is what i would need for the bank. However by the time they left my room i checked my account and it was already back in my account! I call that customer service at its best! Mistakes happen but its all about how they are fixed that matter! In this case they get an A+

Very nice clean rooms. Breakfast was included and was very good. Staff was extremely friendly. There is a shuttle that will take you locally and best of all pick you up when you are ready to return to the hotel.

Great check in, comfortable bed, clean room, good breakfast. Just what we were hoping for.

The property is an older building but has been maintained properly. Franklin, at the front desk, is professional and very helpful. The airport shuttle was was prompt and very convenient.

I appreciated everything about this hotel. Friendly, welcoming staff. Comfortable beds. Large bathroom. Immaculately clean. Large breakfast room with 5:30 start time on weekdays. Delicious hot breakfast (included) with many options to choose from. Free shuttle to a big variety of nearby restaurants, shopping & airport. This will definitely be my go-to airport hotel in the future.
