Best Hotels near Woohoo - Kids Cafe & Playground, Hanoi

If you want to stay away from the city, it is a good choice. It is quiet and has Chinese service. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic. The only suggestion is that the sound of moving chairs in the morning is too noisy. You can add cushions to the chair legs to reduce the noise. We live 2nd Floor.

The overall room is very new and clean. The equipment is luxurious. I slept very comfortably all night. The deluxe double bed is very big. The water temperature is also very good. It is worth recommending.

This is the 3rd backpacker's place in Hanoi I stayed at. I think this is the best. I'll return to this place in future.

Great little hotel on a small street in old quarter Hanoi. We had great service and breakfast at this family run inn. They helped us arrange transport around town and got us oriented to the swarming streets. We really enjoyed the vibrant area and walked everywhere, including a food tasting tour, around the Lake and a Hanoi city tour that included Ho Chi Min monument and the water puppet performance. Aside from touristy things, we found ourselves situated here perfectly to jump out on our own and experience the vibrant street life around us. Nice knowledgeable and very welcoming. We recommend the Elpis at no. 5 wholeheartedly!

What a great place to be , right in the thick of things in the historic Old Quarter of Hà Nôi !! Rooms are spacious and well cleaned by friendly staff and the reception staff are fantastic ! Knowledgable and courteous and always with a smile on their faces ! I would highly recommend The Queen Hotel and Spa 2 as a economical and great place to be .

This great hostel is in a great location in the old quarter alongside a busy road. The staff are really good and the check in process is simple and easy. The 6 dorm bed was clean and comfortable and we got some great nights sleeps. There is a bed light, a free locker big enough to store huge backpacks, and a curtain for each bed for privacy. The bathrooms are clean, the showers are hot and powerful, and there is shampoo and shower gel available too. You are also given a free towel at check in. Wi-Fi is great, and there are some relaxing common areas which are great for reading and planning activities etc. Laundry is available at the hostel and they can turn it around in 24 hours (cheapest) or even quicker (pay more). Overall I would absolutely recommend staying here as this hostel really is brilliant.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel because it has the potential to be an incredible place to stay, but unfortunately it falls short of this in a few areas. The room I stayed in was a triple room with a lot of space and very comfortable beds. However, the 8th floor wasn't quiet at all so I did not sleep well at all for the duration of my stay. The noise carried from the surrounding streets, bars and other guests walking along the corridor. Views from the window were beautiful and I really enjoyed seeing Hanoi from above. The rooftop bar is well worth visiting, especially as the sun sets over the city. It is slightly more expensive than some of the surrounding bars but it is worth visiting for the views. The food in the hotel wasn't great and breakfast involved a very limited selection of Vietnamese delicacies. I scraped by with noodles and boiled cabbage as the vegetarian breakfast option and I was disappointed to find the coffee was also terrible. The hotel is in a great location and you can walk to a number of Old Quarter sites easily. Some shops and restaurants are also within easy walking distance. Anyone with mobility issues would be best staying in a different hotel because the entrance is up some very steep steps. The wheelchair/ pushchair ramp is very steep and leads onto a busy road. The hostel is very clean and the rooms are modern. However, the upper part of the bunk bed is not completely dark as soon as someone turns on the light in the room. (Recommendation, lower bed) In addition, the entire bed frame moves as soon as someone moves in the other bed, as the four beds are connected. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. They are happy to help with any questions, requests or suggestions. They are also happy to chat about local tips. There are activities every evening that you can take part in if you wish. (karaoke nights, pub crawls, beer pong tournaments and so on) The in-house travel team is happy to organize excursions if required. Greatly located in the Old Quarter!

Very nice boutique hotel in the middle of the Old quarter near shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to help you as needed. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Great air conditioning. Breakfast was very good and a lot of choices. It is buffet style and you can also order different foods like Pho, banana pancake, Vietnamese egg rolls and so much more.
