This is a cost-effective accommodation! There is Koreatown and many local restaurants in front...! It is convenient as there are places to see and markets nearby.

This is an excellent hotel with a fantastic staff. From the general manager to the spa everything was great! I would personally like to thank the night staff of Dat, khanh, & duong for making our late night arrival very welcoming! The day staff of tan, Lan, ngoc, and Mai made our check in easy and quickly got us to our room. The entire hotel staff made us feel like family and I would highly recommend this hotel as a great place to spend your Hanoi vacation. The facilities were outstanding as well. The cleaning staff worked hard to make everything look great and the cooks made delicious food for us to eat. The rooms were spacious and very clean as well as the common areas looked great! The gym is top rate and the spa stuff was very professional and warm. Everyone at the hotel was kind and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The entire experience was outstanding and you cannot beat the quality of derive and facilities for a very reasonable price! Thanks again to a job well done by the entire Wyndham staff. There is a hotel with a little spacious room called Ping Hotel and Ping Luxury. It's a cheap hotel at first, so if you're going to go, go to luxury. It takes less than 3 minutes to walk to the street. It's a Korean area across the street, and there's a Korean restaurant, and there's a kemart. There's a shopping mall called The Garden, and it's a downtown area behind the shopping mall. The twin room is spacious and tidy than I thought. The elevator is very slow. I stayed on the seventh floor on the top floor, but when I came down, I went down the stairs. I saw spiders crawling in the bathroom, and I haven't seen them since. Breakfast is on the first floor and it was just a snack, so it was not bad to eat simply before going out to see the work. Lara Cafe coconut coffee right next to the hotel is very delicious. The lobby on the first floor is a cafe and breakfast room, so it's good to sit and work, but at dawn it's not a rat crawling and playful. I thought I was eating breakfast in that place, so I couldn't eat it from there. The hotel staff was friendly and there were Korean staff, but they were frustrated and communicated in English. ** There are often Korean tourists. It seems that they often tie it up as a group of Korean uncles to golf. If you sit on the first floor at night, Korean uncles eat one Vietnamese woman and go up to the room. I was really embarrassed to sit and work and didn't want to stay at the hotel. There are few rooms on the floor, but on the floor where I stayed, these uncles were fussing all the time, and once they went out to the hallway and screamed and fought. I don't think you should come if you don't want to see this.

This has been the best hotel experience we had in Viet Nam and also the nicest hotel experience I had with the Marriott-Bonvoy Group in general. First we were greeted by Sua and Zack, who have been exceptionally great throughout our brief stay. Upon checking we were noticed that we were upgraded to an executive suite, which is gorgeous and gives an amazing view of the city. Sua gave us a tour of the beautiful lake and garden and showed us all amenities of the hotel, which was very useful as it is huge and we used all. She made us feel incredibly welcome. The snacks and cocktails in the executive lounge are absolutely excellent. And the breakfast is by the best I‘ve experienced in any hotel so far. We also took the opportunity to do a 4 hour spa session which was excellent as well! Overall when we get the chance, we most certainly will be back to the JW Marriott Hanoi!

Cheap but a bit uncomfortable. Elbe is from the second floor and the refrigerator didn't work. It seems to be okay if you take a little inconvenience at a low price.

The hotel staff is really nice and let us store our luggage in a separate room before the official check-in time. The location is a 20min drive away from the Old Town but there are a lot of cafés, restaurants, bars close by. The room is okay, unfortunately kind of noisy because of thin walls and it's location close to the elevator and the house keeping room. The breakfast is decent!

I absolutely loved my stay in Au Viet Hotel and I can't recommend this place highly enough. The staff are all so sweet, friendly and unbelievably helpful. The hotel itself is really beautifully decorated and furnished. Everything is so clean and high quality. The bathroom was really beautiful spacious and clean with lovely toiletries (and a good size bath with enough hot water to fill it … a rarity in Vietnam so this was a real treat for me) And the bed !!! Wow !!! The bed was so comfortable. I slept better than I do at home in my own bed. If I hadn't been so busy I could have happily stayed in my room snoozing in that bed for my whole stay !!! Breakfast is served on the 9th floor and there's a good selection of foods and fruits, coffee, tea and juice and a guy cooking your eggs to order. I'm supposed to be checking out soon, but at the moment I'm still laid on my bed, soaking up the last bit of comfort and relaxation before I head back into the hustle and bustle. The local area is great too, with lots of little tea and coffee shops and local food stops. I'll definitely be back to stay here again. Thank you Au Viet 🙏🏻

The hotel is very satisfied with the friendly staff and breakfast. Although the location is a little far from Korean town, it takes 10 minutes to walk If you visit Hanoi later, you will be willing to visit me. Although the facilities are a little old, they are in good cleanliness.

The hotel staff were very friendly and respectful which made the stay enjoyable. The highlight of the stay was the hotel buffet which was really good.

It is located in a alley, near the beauty salons, shops, cafes. You can get to the center quickly by a moped, there is a moped rental in the hotel itself. The room has a small kitchen, a stove, a microwave oven, a teapot, dishes. The room is clean, large. But a couple of times I saw cockroaches.
