I had less than 24 hours in Hanoi therefore location was crucial. This place is perfect. On a quiet little street in the heart of everything which couldn't be more perfect. Lily is amazing! So so helpful. Room was perfect with super comfy bed. So clean and cosy. Shower was lovely and hot too. At such a cheap price, insane!!! What more can you ask for!! Xx

こちらのホテルは4泊5日の日程で利用しましたが、部屋は常に清潔で、クーラーは強力、朝食ビュッフェもとてもおいしかったです。特に牛肉フォーは外の有名レストランのそれよりおいしかったし、毎朝のベトナムアイスコーヒーも外のカフェと変わらないくらい美味しく、大満足です。また旅行最終日、日本へのフライトが深夜だったのですが、チェックアウトした後もシャワーを使わせてくれてとても助かりました。（あのままだと汗をかいたまま飛行機に乗らないといけなかったため）ホテルのスタッフ皆が親切でしたが、JennyとMには特に親切にしてもらいました。素晴らしい体験をありがとう！ I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days, the room was always clean, the air conditioner was powerful, and the breakfast buffet was very good. In particular, the beef pho was better than that of the famous restaurant outside, and the Vietnamese iced coffee every morning was as delicious as the café outside, and I was very satisfied. Also, on the last day of the trip, my flight to Japan was late at night, but they let me use the shower even after checking out, which was very helpful. All the hotel staff were very nice (because I had to get on the plane sweating as it was), but Jenny and M were especially helpful. Thanks for the great experience!

I really enjoy the stay here. The hotel is very modern, very clean. Plesantly surprjse actually. They dont offer breakfast. They are just opposite cafe giang (the famous egg coffee cafe), few mins to the lake and the temple. Quite near to the post office to send post cards back home, near bahn mi 25, near the night market as well and dong xuan market. What is not near is the train street, which is the other side. Overall super convenient, near the bus stop as well if you are taking public transport from the airport

This hotel is conveniently located in the middle of Hanoi Old Quarter. Right downstairs there is a famous goose pho shop, and 3 min walk away there is one of the best banh mi shops (Banhmi LongHoi is the name of the shop) Staff were also very helpful. They called taxis for us, helped us translate food orders, and even told us where to go for a good rate on currency exchange (even though they do currency exchange themselves!) If I could subtract half a point for cleanliness, I would, but, come on, you’re in the middle of the old quarter, it’s gonna be a little dirty. Overall great hotel for a great price.

The hotel was located on the main street, so there were many restaurants, marts, and coffee shops. The exterior was decorated splendidly. The hotel room was clean, and the bathroom was clean. We moved to this hotel after a less than great night at a nearby hotel. The location is ideal if you want to be near the lake or have business with an embassy. The lake is a 30 second walk, the embassies 10 minutes or so. There is a large grocery story (VinMart) a short walk away. The room has a large sitting area, work desk, full kitchen with a household-size refrigerator/freezer, and the bed is very comfortable as are the pillows. The bed area can be sectioned off by closing a floor-to-ceiling curtain between it and the lounge area -- convenient when your travel companion wants to get up early to work (and turn on all the lights). The bathroom includes a full-size tub and a Japanese toilet (i.e., heated seat and built in bidet with multiple options). We were there in the midst of the pandemic so occupancy was low. Rather than a breakfast buffet they provided us with a menu that included a very large selection of items ranging from Western standards to Vietnamese standards. You won't go hungry from lack of options. Evenings in the rooftop restaurant includes groups of local youth taking selfies of themselves in the 'fancy' surroundings. Worth an evening drink for the beautiful lake view as well as the people watching. Staff were great, food was very good and prices in the mini bar were entirely reasonable. Coffee, tea, drinking water and a FULL breakfast are included. If this location fits your needs when visiting Hanoi, I cannot recommend it more highly.

This is a small family-owned hotel. We reserved a room with two beds, but were initially offered one with a one bed. We had to ask for a room change, which may have often happened from reviews of other people. The two-bed room was somewhat large and clean. Amenities were basic. Bathroom was a bit challenging: we did not dare take a shower, but my child did and said it was okay. Toilet had no problem. Hot water was readily accessible. Breakfast was personally cooked and nicely done with egg, buttered bread, and some vegetables (tea was nice). The family seems to raise a herd of chickens. Very early in the morning after perhaps 6 AM or even before, a rooster crowed for about two hours every 30 second, and we had to be up. Well, it is nature and I have no complaint about this. The hotel views a big open field where the chicken herd as well as horses was enjoying the meal. Best part was that we were able to walk to the hotel and took about 15 minutes from the international terminal, although it was a bit treacherous along the way. Getting across a wide street without any signal was a challenge, like any other in Vietnam. It was okay after we got used to it. Nothing much around the hotel. The Hanoi Airport, unlike Saigon, has really nothing in the neighborhood. I think for one night, this hotel may be okay esp. for early flights.

Hotel Property:
1. The hotel's location is great. It's right in the middle of Hanoi's Old Quarter, so you can easily walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and enjoy the lively atmosphere.
2. What's cool is that the hotel is only two months old and it looks amazing. The rooms are a good size, and the modern design is Instagram-worthy. It's pretty impressive they even squeezed in a pool in the middle of the tight Old Quarter spaces.
Service
1. We got to the hotel really early from Sapa, and our rooms weren't ready, but Mr. VP at the front desk was super nice. He went out of his way to arrange a shower for us. It was a real help to get us cleaned up from the long train ride.
2. I accidentally booked a room for 3 persons when there was only 2 of us. Mr.VP immediately noticed it and upgraded us to a junior suite without us knowing. That was a pleasant surprise and definitely made our day.
The Not-So-Great Stuff:
There were a couple of small issues that could have made the overall experience even better.
1. We asked for more water and ice around 9 pm, but they never brought it. Eventually, we went out and buy water, and reminded the front desk to send some ice to the room. But even after reminding the front desk personally, no ice came all night.
2. Food at breakfast was good, but the service could he better. When we wanted to sit by the window, the server insisted that we sit at another table. She rolled her eyes at me when I told her that we prefer to sit by the window. She then cleared our table quite unwillingly. She just changed the cutlery but did not replace the used placemats. We didn't bother her after that as she seemed annoyed.
But despite these minor hiccups, I'd definitely recommend La Siesta Classic Hang Thung to anyone looking for a great stay in Hanoi. It's a lovely place with pretty and clean rooms and lovely front desk staff.

GGuest UserWe loved staying at this hotel. The staff were outstanding, very obliging and helpful. The king size bed and pillows very comfortable. Great shower and the air conditioning worked wonderfully well. Well situated in the old quarter and so easy to walk to the lake, restaurants, coffee shops and Beer Street. Great rooftop bar and the Red Bean restaurant on thr ground floor very good for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We stayed here overall 8 nights in total.

JJustincchongPerfect stay at Mina Hotel & Spa! I stayed for the weekend and found this hotel to be well maintained, warm and friendly. I love how every staff tries to be friendly and get to know their guest. Likewise, I feel at ease when return to the hotel every night.
I got the premier room on the 5th floor and it had a nice view of surrounding buildings. The room has adequate amenities - including soap and shampoo, toiletries, kettle and coffee making equipment. While the bed was abit hard, it was comfortable and clean. Pillows were comfy, but sadly only 2 were provided. There was a large flat screen TV with Netflix pre-installed and a nice curtain that made waking up in the mornings, enjoyable. The toilet could have been better designed as there was no shower curtain of divider between the bath tub and the main area, making bathing a mess.
The hotel also serves breakfast in the morning - but I found it to be a tad underwhelming - though I understand the hotel may not receive many guest. Included in the breakfast is an egg station, pho / porridge station, stir fried foods, fruits and basic breads. Coffee and Tea was also provided, but it was fairly basic. Nevertheless, the service made up the lack of good breakfast - staffs try their best for make your breakfast a comfortable experience.
I don't remember the names, but I'd like to thank the staffs (between 23/9-25/9) that made my stay a wonderful one.
Location wise, Mina Hotel & Spa is well located amidst the hustling streets, and at the end of beer street, with 5-10mins walking to the lake. It's also located near a bunch of street foods, which makes this hotel a perfect place to stay, wander and eat your way through hanoi.
I also tried the Spa and found it to be professional, extremely clean and it's service, exceptional. I got the VIP Combo 1, which included a facial, hair wash, foot soak and a body massage. While I particularly enjoyed the facial and hair wash, the massage was average and not strong. The masseuse had slightly long fingernails, which felt a tad uncomfortable during the massage. Nevertheless, the facial and hair wash was exceptional and left me feeling fresh and alive.
Overall, Mina Hotel & Spa will be a hotel that I'll visit again when I come to hanoi again. It's fair to say despite its inconveniences, it's warm hospitality and personal touch to its guests makes up for it.

I also liked how it is near a lot of mini stores where I can go pick up things that I need. Owner is very nice and loans me things that I needed. She is very respectful to me calling me sir. Hotel maid was very friendly to be around. I like how there was a portable convection stove for me to cook things with. I like how there were silverware, chopsticks, and dishes that I can use to eat my food with. Very good deal to use the washer where it only costs 20,000 dong for the first time and free for additional uses. I liked how it was near that big Winmart grocery store.
Hotel room was very clean. I liked how it had this small space where I can hang my clothes up to dry which was perfect because it was directly underneath the air conditioning unit of the room upstairs where it gives off the heat which dries it faster. Hotel always has a fresh clean set of towels available whenever I need it. Hotel always has toilet paper available whenever I need it.
The only thing that I didn't like was that now and then, there are spiders, where I had to kill 2 of them. I also had to deal with a big spider on my last day. I am somebody that has a fear of spiders.
I might comeback to this hotel in August, September, or beginning of next year when I comeback towards Hanoi in Vietnam and the situation fits for me.

This is the best airport hotel around Hanoi Noi Bai Airport, and at a decent price. Do not expect intercontinental buffet breakfast, business lounges and the likes. The room is pretty new, clean, functional, and large. Despite being close to the airport, you can barely hear anything from landing aircraft. Breakfast is simple at best, and staff seem to be still in 'training', with only Brian being the 'boss'. Rooftop pool doesn't look well maintained, and the entertainment room has been abandoned totally altogether, with the foosball and billiard table left to collect dust while it has become a storage and parking area. But hey, its an airport hotel. Purpose is to have people sleep for 1 night before leaving prompto. It is situated in a pretty rural area so don't expect any established eateries or convenience stores nearby. Think roadside hawkers and home-run provision shops. In conclusion, best airport hotel near Hanoi Noi Bai Airport.

GGuest UserRoom is a decent size for the price but the AC is rubbish, water marks and weird stains on the ceiling and wall, wallpaper peeling off and the shower wasn’t great. Generally didn’t seem very clean, I found someone else’s hair tie on the bedside table and glitter in the bathroom. The sheets smelt very perfumed which made it seem like they hadn’t been cleaned and smelt of the previous person who slept in them. Staff were friendly but a bit pushy trying to sell spa treatments and despite putting do not disturb on the door we were awoken with consistent knocking and the phone ringing by housekeeping trying to get in. Overall not that bad for the money, location is great but we were disappointed.

GGuest UserWe checked in for one night and decided to stay for 5. Michael, the owner, was immediately welcoming and helped us book trips around the best sites in North Vietnam and gave us brilliant recommendations for food spots in the Old Quarter. The hotel could not be located more ideally. The huon kiem lake is a 4 minute walk away and the alley in which the hotel sits is famous for its pho and other delicious foods. Another point is that the airline lost my bag and the staff at the hotel ensured that they took delivery of it when the airline delivered it the next day. We also landed on Hanoi in the morning so arrived at the hotel more than 2 hours before check in time. Michael greeted us with iced jasmine tea and invited us to go to our rooms to rest at no extra charge. As the hotel is 40 metres down an alley off a main street, the hotel is nice and quiet and you are guaranteed a peaceful night's rest. I have to say the bed is one of the most comfortable I've slept in, the AC is great and there's even cable TV in each room!! If you are planning a visit to Hanoi, must stay here. We paid £14-£15 per night (2 of us), and a bunk bed in a hostel would be £5 so it's AMAZING value.

I found a place to stay for 10 hours and found this place, but it was close to the airport and there was a restaurant where I could eat light meals around so I could relax. Especially because the boss has been in Korea for three years, he can speak Korean. I recommend this place if you are a treasure-like resting place that you accidentally found and a Korean and in the same position as me.

GGuest UserIt was pretty good experience for me. Because they have a coffee shop upstair which run by young people of Hanoi, very nice people. Without booking this hotel, i would never knew them. The people here are warm, also if you are tourist, you need to aware that the front main door of the hotel is closed before mid night. I think which is cool somehow with proper security but the disadvantage is you can't come back hotel anytime, altought you can, it very bad feeling to wake the security guy up everytime. the price is very suitable and its on the way to High way and town, great location not so far from town and not so close.
