I recently had the opportunity to stay at Pullman Hotel Hanoi, Vietnam, and it was a great experience! From the moment I set foot in the hotel, I was deeply attracted by the elegant environment and thoughtful service here.
First of all, as soon as you enter the lobby, you are attracted by the spacious and bright space and exquisite decoration, which feels very comfortable and warm. Especially when it came to check-in, Phuong Anh was very helpful to me and I am very grateful to her.
The rooms are very spacious, well laid out and fully equipped. The bed was soft and comfortable, giving me a good night's sleep. The bathroom is also very clean and tidy, and the toiletries are of high quality and very reassuring to use.
In terms of service, it makes me feel the warmth of home. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and check-in and check-out are very quick and efficient. Here I have to mention Phuong Anh again, her thoughtful service really impressed me.
In addition, the hotel's dining is also worth mentioning. Breakfast is rich in variety and tastes.
It is highly recommended to the friends who will come here for business or travel, I believe you will also love here!
Excellent service, 5/5 for their polite and friendly staff. Smooth check-in and check-out experience. Very accommodating. I was stuck in traffic coming back to the hotel so I wasn't able to check-out before 12noon but they were very understanding and told me not to worry about it, and I wouldn't be charge a late check out fee.
The room was a bit dim for my liking but it was spacious, clean and comfortable. View was not so great because there was construction in front but I didn't notice any noise from the outside.
Suitable for business trips with many people, each person has a room, and is not afraid of being affected by others. It is more comfortable than double standards.

It was a good place to stay for a few days at a reasonable price. The room was wider and cleaner than I expected, and the air conditioning worked well, so there was no inconvenience.
The female receptionist's leering glance at the guest was the first thing that made a bad impression. Instead of smiling and looking straight at the guest, she glanced at the guest from head to toe. The bed sheets were dirty, and the female receptionist ignored the guest's request to change the bed sheets. The guest waited without any notice or response. After being asked many times, 2 housekeeping staff rushed into the room to change the bed sheets with an unpleasant attitude, if you didn't know, you would think they wanted to kill the guest. A good hotel in terms of facilities and services, but the attitude of some departments is not up to standard.
I like the combination of convenient location (not far from Vietnam National Academy of Music), reasonable price, and clean facilities. I'm sad that the restaurant has closed so there is no breakfast option. It's still a great deal though
The hotel security guard and the cleaning lady are both very kind and attentive. The condition of the accommodation is good and the interior is beautiful. I was very comfortable and happy during my stay. However, one thing to note is that the shutters close after 10pm, so I feel very sorry for the man who is resting.
We chose this hotel because of the price. All the others were much more expensive. The location is good, there are many shops and cafes nearby, several buses go to the old quarter, taxis also arrive quickly and are inexpensive.
The room is good, the projector works, there is YouTube, Wi-Fi, it is bad that the kitchen is useless - there are no kitchen utensils. Almost no dishes. To cook scrambled eggs we had to buy too much stuff, it is not worth it.
The hotel is quiet, except for the moments when guests arrive at night. There are mosquitoes, but not many, before going to bed we entertained ourselves by catching midges and mosquitoes, and then slept peacefully.
In the neighboring house there is a good cafe where you can work in peace (last photo)
Overall, a good option for the money.
Convenient location, away from the road, in a quiet alley. There is a kitchen and everything you need for cooking. The bed has a hard and comfortable mattress and a projector instead of a TV, which adds to the atmosphere.
There are comments that could be improved, but I will not reduce the rating for this, because it did not bother me. There was hot water only on the day of arrival, the water in the sink does not drain well, sometimes you can smell the sewer. There are small ants in the room, which is typical for Asia.
The projector is good and the facilities are ok and stable. Located on the main street, so it's convenient and easy to go anywhere. There is air conditioning, refrigerator and smart fan. The staff is on duty 24/7, so it's not too late to come home.
I ordered food from outside in my room. After eating, I put the trash neatly in a corner near the sink. When I left the room, I put the blanket and pillow back as usual, but in the end, I was charged an additional 50k for cleaning. Overall, it's okay.

Amazing
GGuest Userclean room, cool, climbing stairs is a bit tiring but still ok, there is hot water,
다다모아It's clean and well-maintained. The hotel is friendly and close to nearby tourist attractions. It's located in the market area, so there's plenty of food to eat. The room was almost new. It was quiet, and the internet worked well. I was very satisfied with my stay. I'd love to stay here again.
AAnonymous UserWhen I checked in, I showed them my reservation form, but they asked me to wait a bit because they hadn't made a reservation properly. The staff were very helpful, telling me I could sit in a chair during that time and giving me complimentary drinks! I was able to reserve a room without any problems, and although the room had a slight smell, it was only at the beginning and I was able to stay there without any problems. At the first reception, they told me whether the drinks and food in the room were free or not, but it was difficult to understand, and I went out of my way to ask and they were sure to tell me that it was free, so I ended up having to pay for the water I drank. (Note that the items in the fridge are charged!) The breakfast was good and sufficient!
RRomaneVery beautiful hotel! And nice nd confortable rooms. Very good location if you want to see the train street. But a little far from the center. Nice people working there but not everytime there, not 24h/24h as written, it's better to contact them by WhatsApp or zalo than Trip itself. The breakfast is very simple but it's okay. I loved this hotel because very beautiful, we feel like home and I liked the location for me to work. Also I really liked my room. And people helped me a lot. So I recommend it, but don't wait here for answers, contact directly by WhatsApp for specific questions. 🤗
MmaxencesrzI booked this accommodation for 3 nights. The value for money is very good, it is an apartment with 3 rooms and quite large. It is not located in the old quarter but the street is pleasant with all the necessary shops. Don't forget to ask for the badge if you want to come back at night. The only negative point is that you can hear the noise of the scooters
GGuest UserThe hotel staff is usually friendly.
The location is near the city center, but it feels remote, so it's a little scary when it's dark.
This is my first time at a Vietnamese hotel, but there's no boundary between where to take off your shoes and where to put them on. Isn't Vietnam a culture of taking off your shoes?
HHaThis is the first time I booked a hotel in Hanoi, the hotel's service quality really exceeded my expectations. Comfortable, clean, convenient transportation, enthusiastic and friendly staff, very cheap price. Rate 5☆ for the quality of this Hotel.
PPaing Khant NaingI was there for two nights. Their service is really good while we are checking in at the midnight as the flight was delayed. The hotel has message service. Plus . I love the room size: wide and tidy.
