I had a wonderful stay at Rey Hotel Hanoi! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern, and the hotel’s location in the Old Quarter made it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist.
One thing to note: there’s an extra charge of VND 500,000 for a third person in the room. Overall, a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Wilque! The room was spotless, they also have a shared kitchen that is very helpful if you opt to prep your own food, there was was also a laundry area so you don't need to spend paying for extra outside, and a modern minimalist common sitting area. The receptionists were great and accomodating. Big shout out to Ms Ly for giving as a special card with our family photo at the lobby. Overall it was a great expereince and highly recommended for other travellers!

We loved this hotel indeed. All hotel staffs (the team of front desk : Kathy, Emma, Christine, Lyn, James, Mendes & Johnny) as well as the team of De Spice (restaurant at 8/F) are super nice. They all are attentive & willing to give a hand at all time, it really made me home-like feeling to stay at. There is a minor issue at the shower in our room, the front office team had informed back office immediately & fixed it rapidly. I stayed in this hotel for 15-17Mar & then 2 more nights for 18-20Mar after Ha Long Bay cruise, we do not need to do check in again, it seems every staff recognized us & already prepare the room key for us, so did not need to wait for, we heartily appreciated.
The hotel location is very good, it is easy to go to Old Quarter & train street. I highly recommended Hotel De Lagom & will definitely return again on my next trip Hanoi.

The hotel is honestly pretty amazing for the price and I am a repeat visitor.
I booked a room at 11pm to check in at 5am the same night. There was staff at the hotel to help me check in even though it was a weird timing for them and pretty last minute.
Rooms were true to picture and fixtures/furnitures were of quality. I love the constant hot showers! There was an eccletic selection of food choices for breakfast and I loved what I ate.

It’s located at Nyna Cafe, I feel they could have just mentioned that. But they did text to communicate so that’s helpful. The location is convenient enough, but just note that there’s no lift so you have to carry your luggage up. Key is requested from the cafe staff, and they didn’t help with luggage either so need to take note of that. Room was alright, we just took the room to wash up before our sleeper bus so it suited the purpose. There’s only soap and shampoo, so need to bring your own toothpaste.

Great stay at Le Jardin Hotel and spa. I booked the sky executive suite for my stay in Hanoi and room is spacious.
Service staff also friendly and helpful to provide recommendations around the area.
Did spa and my nails at the hotel too.
Additionally, celebrated a birthday at khue restaurant which is located at the 12th floor of the hotel. Service staff made special efforts for the decor that night and also gave us a complimentary cake.

It's a good place to stay quietly and not too close to tourist attractions. The facilities and cleanliness were the best among the places I've been to in this price range. There are construction materials at the beginning of the alley, but it wasn't noisy. The air conditioner works well and the hot water comes out well. I recommend a room with a terrace. There is a personal washing machine.

Amazing
DDongfangThis hotel is a great place to stay, highly recommend it! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the receptionists to the breakfast staff. They always were kind, passionate and went the extra mile to make sure a great experience.
The room on the 9th floor had a nice view and rooms seems recently renovated. It’s clean and comfortable (However, presumably the noise isolation may not be that good, if close to the restaurant floor due to the movement of chairs).
The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of warm options, including traditional Vietnamese Pho, breads, fruits, and salad.
The location of the hotel is convenient. It’s not in the old quarter, but it’s still within walking distance of many attractions. You can walk to Old Qaurter/Hoan Kiem Lake in about 20 minutes, where you’ll find a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants (and night markets on Friday, Saturday, Sunday). The prices in the area close to hotel are also lower than in the old quarter that sometimes is tourist-focused; such as Che Xoan Quan. Likewise West Lake (Ho Truc Bach), is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel which can be good for a stroll or a relaxing day of cafes, such as Oleoleo cat cafe.

DDOOLYDOOLSWe booked a cheaper room and were given a free upgrade upon arrival. We were also given drinks vouchers for the bar upstairs which made us feel welcome. When we arrived, staff members came out to the taxi to help us with our belongings and carried the prams up the little steps at the entrance of the hotel which was incredibly kind. We handed our passports over and were given a refreshing beverage each while we sat in the lounge waiting on check-in. They let us check in very early as they had a room available for us which we were thankful for after a long flight with two babies. The pool is small but lovely. The room was great and had a tiny balcony for people-watching. The hotel itself is a 5 minute walk from train street and therefore an excellent location for visiting Hanoi. Staff members were unbelievably helpful when we asked for information or needed a taxi. 10/10, would recommend.

SShandelynI stayed here for two nights, arriving just a day after Typhoon Yagi had passed. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the pleasant atmosphere. Since I was here for work, the room had a study desk, which provided a cozy and comfortable environment for me to get my tasks done. On the second day, it was raining, and I had an urgent meeting with my colleagues. The owner was kind enough to let us use the lobby to work, which I really appreciated, as she didn’t have to. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi. As a bonus, it's within walking distance to many attractions, and I love their focus on eco-friendliness and sustainability. Staying here feels like you're doing your part to help the planet.

GGuest UserThe room has good natural lighting, and it is bright even without turning on the lights during the day. When the curtains are drawn at night, the light is completely blocked, and you won't be woken up by the light in the morning. The overall style is simple and warm, without any extra decorations, and the color combination is also very comfortable. It is not a luxurious one, but it is very comfortable to live in and feels like home.

GGuest UserTo be honest, the disadvantages are that the bed is hard and the pillow is too high; you can see the West Lake, the scenery is better than in the ancient street, the room is large, the overall feeling is good but not amazing

GGuest UserIt is a 5-minute walk to the bus stop for bus number 86 to Noi Bai Airport. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for tourists.
The staff were all friendly and helpful, but the fact that some of the water in the room is free and some is paid seems like it could be a problem. It would be nice if there was a price posted in the room.

GGuest UserThere was no swimming pool inside the hotel. However, while booking the hotel, i was given an option of booking a poolside view. The same was booked by me but when i got there, there was no such room. The room that i was allotted did not have a window. Breakfast options were very few and menu was repeated almost everyday. The amenities were not at par with the room booking amount.
