Nice hotel We chose the apartment one. We arrived very late (or very early) : 7am and we didn’t get trouble We also had (by our request) free checkout for this reason. The apartment got two bathrooms and a huge fully equipped kitchen (useful if you like to cook). Swimming pool is small and the massage was not as good as expected. Breakfast has a huge and various choices

Very nice and quite place to stay. The room is very spacious and feel like home. Recommended for all families. So sad couldn’t use swimming pool due to cold weather.

This is my second time staying at this hotel after more than a year, and I feel like their service has really upgraded. On the first day, there were welcome fruits and pastries in the room. The breakfast quality has also improved, with cold cuts like salmon, foie gras, salami, and freshly grilled Australian rib-eye steak. The Vietnamese pho was also delicious. The hotel offers great value for money, and I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hanoi.

This hotel is genuinely great! The lobby is always buzzing with activities, and the rooms are quiet and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The wake-up call I pre-booked for breakfast was perfectly on time, and the customer service lady was incredibly friendly. Every staff member at the Kempinski Hotel made me feel so welcome. Highly recommend!

Stayed with my mum and aunt — they really enjoyed shopping for fresh ingredients at the nearby morning market and cooking in the apartment. The place is well equipped with a kitchen and washing machine, making it very convenient for longer stays. Customer service was helpful and responsive. Since this is an apartment-type accommodation, it’s important to contact the host in advance to arrange check-in.

Very nice location, 10-15 minutes walk from subway station. Useful for both business and leisure travel. Check in is also very quick.👍Host Doris is so kind and friendly. We like to go shopping at the shopping mall, cafe and restaurant right under the building. The night view from the room was amazing!🤩

I stayed at Éclectique Hanoi Homestay and the place has a very authentic atmosphere. The house has character, with simple but tasteful decor that reflects older Hanoi style. The host was welcoming and helpful, offering advice on places to eat and things to explore, which added a personal touch.The rooms are small and you can notice the age of the building in some details, but the bed was clean, there was hot water, and the Wi-Fi was stable. The neighborhood is lively, so there can be some street noise, especially in the morning.Overall, it’s suitable for someone looking to experience everyday Hanoi rather than a standard modern hotel.

The suite was very well maintained and clean, with all amenities included. The onsite gym is very nice. It could use a few more pots and pans for cooking, and you have to show the entry form every time you want to enter the building, which only takes a few seconds for the guard to review and let you in. Other than that, the place was great and I would stay there again.

Located in Hanoi's CBD, right next to Lotte and VINCOM, this apartment is very convenient for shopping and daily life. As a studio apartment, it's much larger than a hotel and has all the amenities. While it lacks the comforts of a hotel, it's a very good value.
