The staff and the room environment are good but the hot water system is poor, the hot water will finish within 10 minutes during the shower and the water quality is not good either. After shower, you will feel how dry your hair can be.
The bathroom was clean, with hot water and easy to use new fixtures. I liked the room’s layout, tidy and convenient, made me feel at home. High floor with a great view of the city. The city lights at night were sparkling and beautiful. The room was quiet, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

The location is great! You can literally just walk and explore the city with ease. The train street is only a 10-minute walk and the manager and staff are really nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
It got me really excited too cause it’s cheap for such room.

The location was a bit on a narrow road, but that makes everything easier. The road was less busy n close to the market n traditional food stalls.
The laundry price is the cheapest compared to any other accommodation that I've stayed while in Hanoi

The location is a bit difficult to find, easy to confuse because there are different numbers 266 and alley 266 😂 the homestay is newly built, new and clean. My room is small and pretty, fully equipped, the soundproofing is a bit poor and the window at the head of the bed is a bit bright (for those who are used to sleeping at night). Overall it's quite okay, the price is also cheap

The apartments are new, at first sight clean, but the service is so for itself. In the bathroom there is a tooth set, single machine, hat, hairdress, that is plus, of course. But my haircut left on the shelves, somewhere, whether they were thrown, whether ... If you do not hang a sign about the need to clean up, on this day you will not look at you anymore, That is, you will stay without water, without fresh towels and with garbage in the room. The toilet paper was not added to cleaning, took yourself in the general toilet on the first floor. There are appliances, glasses, pans, but there are no hot drinks and plates. The knife was poorly washed, dirty sponge for washing dishes and the food left in the shelves. Buyed themselves a new sponge, small tiles, left in the room. Windows come out on the neighboring walls.

An ideal location if you have an overnight layover. Close to the airport toilets but no showers near by. Water and snack provided, along with slippers to go to the public toilet. Room is cozy, and I was able to have a good night sleep. Would recommend if you have to spend the night in the airport.

GGuest UserI spent a night at the hotel, and I really slept incredibly well! The room was super clean, Hanh's family was very loving, their food, mmm, was delicious! I left my backpack there, and I'll come back to get it in a month, and they'll take care of it for me during that time! I'll definitely sleep there when I come back before I leave :)
Thank you so much!!!

GGuest UserThe slippers that were provided for walking around the room was too loud, where it is difficult to be quiet when walking around in them. The husband is also uptight in not letting people eat in the dining area but outside which I can understand and could go along with, because they don't want the guest to leave garbage or get their table dirty, but they need to at least leave a garbage can outside so the guest don't have to leave it on the ground. I didn't like how I couldn't find a place to throw my ice cream wrapper away when I ate it outside and had to end up throwing it in the garbage of another person's place.
I also didn't like the location of how it was out of the city center where it wasn't near any grocery stores or open fruit and vegetable, and meat markets. Just by a bunch of restaurants some being a bunch of aggressive jerks sitting outside waiting for bystanders to walk by where they try to aggressively approach you to get you to eat at their restaurant. I need a place where I can use a kitchen to cook food for myself. I don't need to eat out every day.
These owners are a bit shady at times in that when I did came in early where it was not time for me to check in where I was willing to wait until my room is ready, their son had the nerve to try to make a few bucks off me in that if I pay them a few bucks, I can have my room before the check in time which was a bit tacky. The husband didn't give me very good advice when he told me that staying at this place is good for going into the city center and coming back, which it isn't for me, because I have to take the bus 1 hour and 45 minutes to the city center which is a longways. What lousy advice for my situation like he was trying to convince me to stay longer just so that they can make more money off of me. This was a little tacky too. Good for them, but not good for me.
I also didn't like how they send my clothing to a cleaner when I thought they were going to wash it in their washer and hang it up on their clothesline on their top floor. Not only that, but the cleaners lost my dress pants in the process or probably even stoled it and kept it for themselves and not really telling me the truth. I told them about this and they said that the cleaners who they sent it to didn't know what happen to it. The owners were even trying to try to lie a little bit by saying that I never gave them a dress pants for them to wash which is a bunch of ********.
They could have just let me use their washer where I could have used my own detergent to wash my clothing and hang it up to dry on their clothesline on the rooftop of their place where I would have paid them for it. For all I know these cleaners that they sent my clothing to for them to wash could be their friend and they are trying to help give their friends the business for any of their guests that has laundry for them to use. These cleaners are probably a bunch of thieves for all I know that probably looked through guests clothing for things that are valuable which they take and pretend that they don't know anything about it when the guests inquire of it. This is another shady tactical thing that they are probably doing as well.
I even asked them if they could compensate me which would not have amounted to much which they had refused. They didn't even have the nerve to apologize to me but to only lie to me by telling me ******** that the cleaners who they sent guests clothing to never lose any of their clothing which is a bunch of ********. All of this could have been avoided had they either let me use their washer or they wash it for me in their washer where I would have paid them. Do not trust these people with your clothing!!!!
GGuest Usertl;dr The drainage isnt fast enough for the water to drain out the shower. Bring your own shampoo.
Next was the shower, by god the pressure is enough to wash your spray tan off and even you get tired of showers quickly, after about 2 minutes, the shower starts becoming a bath. If the lip on the door was at least half a meter higher, it could have made for a pleasant soaking session, but unfortunately leave that high-pressure hose on for longer than 3 minutes and you'll be staying in Atlantis. Oh and if you're like me and like clean hair. Bring your own shampoo, I have seen rocks lather better than this sudless blue sap in the shampoo bottle.
tl;dr No cutlery. Only bowls for Africa.
It started off very pleasant. Very speedy response to the Whatsapp message stating I'm outside, here's your room number code. Flick the switch for the power, press the light switch to activate the water heating for when you shower. No problem, loving it. The first issue arise when I wanted to eat some of the yoghurt I bought the night before, fantasizing about this breakfast I opened the cupboards in the kitchen to find each cupboard completely barren and without cutlery. They have bowls, boy do they have bowls. Unfortunately the bowls were too big to fit in the yogurt container to use as a spoon or else I would have been sorted.

I highly recommend Transit Hotel 2 to anyone looking for a comfortable stay! We had an 18-hour layover in Vietnam, and I decided to book a room for myself and my kids. The hotel is beautiful, with a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly nice and attentive, making us feel right at home.
We enjoyed our brief stay, and the location is perfect for anyone needing a quick stopover. If you find yourself with a long layover in Vietnam or are planning to tour the area, definitely consider staying at Transit Hotel 2. You won’t be disappointed!
DDerenborI booked this hotel for 3 nights with breakfast. During this period, there was no room cleaning. It was located parallel to the train station, so there was a lot of noise from the train. It was a clean hotel, great location and a good environment. for breakfast, there is only a choice of soup or fried eggs with bread and there is nothing to drink😪. On the 3rd day, coffee was added😅
SSanaIt was comfortable stay so you get what you paid for. The location was not the best because you need to take a bus or taxi to get to the old city. The receptionist were very kind and helpful. They offer tours and taxi to and from the airport in reasonable prices. 10 min taxi to Aeon mall which has the best food court in Hanoi in my experience.
GGuest UserThis is the last stop in Vietnam. The location is great, you can reach the old town just across the road. Go out and eat and drink a lot. The room is big. Equipment is new. The boss's service is excellent. Because I didn’t have ZALO software, I later added the boss’s WeChat account. This restaurant is recommended to Chinese people who want to come. Note: Please contact us in advance. Don't let the place go dark. (You can’t buy a number card in Vietnam, and you can’t register the software)

LLiminI stayed here on my first night in Hanoi. The hotel is located in the old quarter and has a great location. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and Hanoi Cathedral. There are also many places to eat nearby. It is very suitable for people sightseeing in Vietnam.

GGuest UserIt was pretty good experience for me. Because they have a coffee shop upstair which run by young people of Hanoi, very nice people. Without booking this hotel, i would never knew them. The people here are warm, also if you are tourist, you need to aware that the front main door of the hotel is closed before mid night. I think which is cool somehow with proper security but the disadvantage is you can't come back hotel anytime, altought you can, it very bad feeling to wake the security guy up everytime. the price is very suitable and its on the way to High way and town, great location not so far from town and not so close.
