kind of vintage. budget-friendly. great location. Accommodating and helpful staff. But they seriously need to improve on cleanliness. Bedsheets and pillow cases were dirty, obviously used. It was too late when we noticed and we were checking out in the morning so we just dealt with it.

This place was lovely! The room was fantastic and the hotel was much better quality than other hotels in Hanoi at a similar price. My favourite part of our stay here was the people! Really kind and friendly and very helpful - thank you for having and see you soon!

Nonetheless, they were always polite and tried their best to address any concerns that arose. The location is good, the staff are friendly and the price is reasonable. The breakfast was good and the family atmosphere was very good.

I am doing business from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi. Hotel's rooms and services, very satisfactory letter regarding large and beautiful rooms, 7 days 7 days 2 days booking cn very low price, thanks to early booking, still cn 450k 1 day, very friendly receptionist, fully equipped rooms, very nice Balcony view, next time you visit, be sure to come back and introduce your friends.

The location is superb! it's in the middle of old Hanoi Quarter. There is plenty to eat around and 24/7 shops. The Room was nice and big. There are huge windows directed to the little alley. A Desc, Fridge, soap, towels and so on provided. The reception offers a taxi transfer to the airport which is a bit pricey I guess (300.000 VND). There is no lift in the Hotel. There is a daily room service, but they do not provide daily new water bottles. There is a lack of cleanes and the shower is not really great as well. But I definitely recommend this hotel because of its great location and the great view from the windows. My room was in the 4th floor

It was comfortable stay so you get what you paid for. The location was not the best because you need to take a bus or taxi to get to the old city. The receptionist were very kind and helpful. They offer tours and taxi to and from the airport in reasonable prices. 10 min taxi to Aeon mall which has the best food court in Hanoi in my experience.

Family Transit Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The owner is warm, friendly, and always ready to help. We had a fantastic experience and felt right at home. I highly recommend Family Transit Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and it's very close to the airport.

The location is convenient, everything is within walking distance. The room is small, but clean (it looked bigger in the photo). The shower and toilet are in one small room. The window in the room overlooks the corridor, which turned out to be good, we did not hear the noise from the street. The room is clean, no smells. The staff is friendly. We stayed for 3 nights, we refused cleaning, so the towels in the room were changed at our request. The hotel is convenient if you come to see the city and use it only for sleeping. The impression of the stay was good. Thanks to the staff for their responsiveness and hospitality!
