Great location, just 10-min driving distance to Noi Bai International Airport. We got the receptionist to help book the taxi and turned out to be cheaper (only VND 80k!). The hotel is new and clean except for the kettle which had the stain on it.

I request to upgrade the Deluxe Room with balcony to the Premier Suite with balcony for two nights that incur a charge fee of 710,000 Vietnamese Dong. On the rooftop, there are impressive views of aircraft flying towards the airport and lining up to depart from the airport. The hotel staff are friendly and have added chairs to the rooftop for plane-spotters' convenience. Here, guests can shoot photos of aircraft flying past the hotel more comfortably. Access to the hotel from the Domestic terminal is by car at Door E5 but since the door was spoilt, I waited for the car at Door E4 before crossing the lane to wait for the hotel driver and board the car.

When I go out, I have signal on my mobile phone and cash in my pocket. I don’t have to worry about going anywhere. Mr. Zhu immediately gave me a local card and exchanged it for 5 million Vietnamese Dong (1 yuan is equal to 3,500 Vietnamese Dong). Regarding taste, I first bought a pack of Tengjiao instant noodles (6 yuan) and a pack of red box Kuanzhai cigarettes (60 yuan). They were 20% more expensive than in China, but they were moved from China, so they were very reasonable after considering the travel expenses. 6. I specially chose a room near the airport so that I could see the planes easily. There are many windows, and the room has plenty of light. The room is cleaner than a domestic five-star hotel. Vietnamese people like to take off their shoes when entering the room, so the room is very clean. Although it is close to the airport, it is not very noisy with the windows closed, and there are almost no planes in the middle of the night. 8. There is a Chinese restaurant on the top floor. There are Chinese chefs and authentic Chinese food. I have traveled abroad many times. Only the Chinese restaurant here did not disappoint me. The taste is similar to that at home. Sichuan and Hunan cuisine are both good. You can also book special supplies in advance. 9. When you come to Vietnam, you can’t miss the special breakfast. There is a local beef noodle restaurant near the main road, which is served with fried lean meat dumplings. It is very delicious and can be compared with our Teochew beef rice noodles. Many locals also eat there. 10. Since I don’t speak Vietnamese and not many people can speak English, it’s a bit difficult to communicate. But downloading a Google Translator can basically get it done. When we go out during the day, Mr. Zhu will help us call a car, and we can play by ourselves without any problems. Vietnamese people are very warm and friendly to Chinese people. When they hear us speak Chinese, they all want to communicate more with us and learn a few words😎 11. The hotel is located 5 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel provides free airport shuttle. The owner is very friendly. The hotel is very quiet at night. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. I will choose this hotel again next time I transfer. The service is first-class!

Worth the price… I thought it’s walking distance but if you have luggage and arrived at noontime (it’s hot), better just book a grab as it’s very affordable…. The room was huge, free water bottle, reusable slippers, cup and kettle but no free coffee/tea…. Stayed here for a night only before my trip to Sapa… The hotel has no food service but there’s a restaurant in the next door and Vietnamese restaurants around, you can also order food via Grab but very limited stores only and I think after 6 pm, all were closed (not really sure regarding the timing), because I was still undecided at first and then when I searched again, no more open stores

Everything ok, except..when i go this hotel, i see google map. I can't find the adress. And i say to staff at my hotel to help me. He write the adress, saw the map its separatly like to the hotel. We go by bus from old quarter, at arrive at the bus station 22.30 pm. We walk as a street show. And actually its wrong. We stop in front office and the bus driver help us to call taxi. And its 30 mnt from our place. We are so afraid coz its so night n' no body's. I think the owner must be do something note to people about the adress. The staff, only 1 for service. N' the breakfast not like i want. Its just 5 mnt from airport.

I stayed here for one night before my morning flight. The hotel is super close to the airport and very convenient. The staff was kind and helped me book a taxi at 4 AM. Clean room, good wifi, and comfy bed. Perfect for a transit stay near Hanoi Airport!

The hotel is newly renovated. The boss is very nice and welcoming. When you are abroad, communication is inconvenient. You can communicate slowly by phone. The boss will pick you up at the airport. . .

If you arrive later in the day & need to leave early for a flight the next morning, it's a perfect Airport Hotel! The room & the bathroom are clean & spacious. Having a restaurant within the hotel is also convenient, although quality of food is pretty mediocre ... It would be nice if they could do something about that. I would have loved to leave Vietnam with memory of a nice pho dinner :-)

The room was very clean, beyond expectations, the waiter was friendly, very close to the airport, the surrounding environment was safe, very suitable for short-term stay, very cost-effective
