An excellent hotel with everything you could ask for near the airport. The rooftop pool offers a fantastic view, making it a great place to relax before or after a flight. Rooms and facilities are spotless, and the service is genuinely friendly and attentive. The buffet is varied and of very good quality. Perfect choice if you want comfort, cleanliness, and convenience close to Hanoi Airport.

The service was very good and you felt right at home. In the morning, each person received a bowl of chicken noodle for RMB 50,000. We also received a lot of fruits, coffee and milk. Our children were given red envelopes when checking out. really good.

A room with a large bed. Large bathroom.
A hotel representative met us at the airport and drove us to the hotel. Everything was fast and without delays!

The hotel is small, modest, and quite clean.
I was very pleased with the breakfast, the soup was delicious! Try it!
You can also go to the counter and they will help you with a taxi. The prices are very reasonable. The hotel is completely suitable for its purposes. We spent one evening and a night before the next flight. There are shops nearby and even a local street fast food that works until late.

Booked this hotel for ease of travel back to ho chi minh city after spending time in the north...Hotel is great , staff very helpful and made us feel welcome..Even at 11am on day we leave I confused time for breakfast but they still organise for us..Thanks heaps guys and will return in the future to stay here when stopover or returning to Saigon 😁👍🏻

We came in late evening from Siem Reap and had to go to the airport for our connection first thing in the morning. I didn't want or need to go back into Hanoi, we just needed a clean quiet place to sleep. Had heard of these airport hotels and wanted to try it for fun. The Owners were very kind. It had 3 super twin beds and air conditioning. The room was absolutely spotless. They offered beers for sale for $.80. We got a great nights sleep. I the morning they served toast and a fried egg, bananas and coffee. Just fine for our needs and only $26. per night!!

The hotel is only a 10-minute drive from Hanoi International Airport. The atmosphere here is quiet, which I really like, unlike restaurants in the city where when you walk out of the entrance you are greeted by busy streets. This kind of hotel is suitable for almost all types of travelers, except for the elderly who cannot use stairs and those who don't mind the cost of transportation to and from the city, so it is very suitable for travelers traveling in groups after all, they can share the transportation cost. The moment I entered the reception area I felt comfortable with the white walls and the staircase to the right, which is usually seen in houses. The room was clean and the bathroom was big enough for 3 people. The receptionist was also very nice, although he didn't speak English, he was using a translation app which made conversations with his guests easy. I had a healthy breakfast of toast with butter and eggs, two fruits on the plate which was a bit too much for me, and a hot cup of coffee 😋. The owner was also very helpful and offered to give me a ride to and from the city for a reasonable fee, which I knew very well because I also checked the service fee on the ride app.

I highly recommend Transit Hotel 2 to anyone looking for a comfortable stay! We had an 18-hour layover in Vietnam, and I decided to book a room for myself and my kids. The hotel is beautiful, with a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly nice and attentive, making us feel right at home.
We enjoyed our brief stay, and the location is perfect for anyone needing a quick stopover. If you find yourself with a long layover in Vietnam or are planning to tour the area, definitely consider staying at Transit Hotel 2. You won’t be disappointed!

Very close to airport, and allowed to check in immediately upon arrival, which is extraordinarily excellent when my flight arrived early in the morning. Breakfast was very good. Staff are very warm and full of hospitality. Very good! Very good,! looking forward to next stay.

KKate UralThe place is nice and located close to the airport. Friendly staff, but you have to use a translator to communicate. Bed sheets are very clean and smells good.
😭 regardless on it, I had a misunderstanding with a receptionist lady and she asked to pay CASH for my ALREADY booked and payed room. Also she didn’t provide an invoice.

This is a Chinese-owned hotel, and the front desk staff can communicate in both Chinese and English, making communication much smoother compared to other places. The owner offers airport pick-up, which gave us peace of mind during our stay. For daily outings, you can also arrange transport with the owner. There's a small supermarket downstairs that stocks Chinese products. Safety is excellent here; it's reassuring to know that security is a top priority when traveling. Located just outside the airport perimeter, you can see planes from your room, but despite this, it's very quiet at night once the windows are closed. There's a Chinese restaurant on the fifth floor, and guests can also buy groceries to cook their own meals. The owner can also help with currency exchange (Vietnamese Dong), and WeChat Pay is accepted! All in all, very convenient!

IIsfp-Solo TravelerWorth the price… I thought it’s walking distance but if you have luggage and arrived at noontime (it’s hot), better just book a grab as it’s very affordable…. The room was huge, free water bottle, reusable slippers, cup and kettle but no free coffee/tea…. Stayed here for a night only before my trip to Sapa… The hotel has no food service but there’s a restaurant in the next door and Vietnamese restaurants around, you can also order food via Grab but very limited stores only and I think after 6 pm, all were closed (not really sure regarding the timing), because I was still undecided at first and then when I searched again, no more open stores
