My family rent this apartment for our 1-week trip. The service is excellent, take care whenever I need. The house is very clean, tidy and has full stuffs in the kitchen when we want to cook and also have washing machine so I can do the laundry. I will definitely come and rent this home again when I visit Hanoi. 🤩💯

She always listens to all my requests and prepares fully. The apartment has a very nice view. Everything is clean and neat. Extremely satisfied.

The room is spacious. Maybe due to negligence, the female waste in the bathroom was not handled, which was disgusting. The park is large, the environment is beautiful, and it is quiet in a busy place. It is a hotel with a solid foundation and large infrastructure. Due to the age and poor maintenance, some doors and windows, entrance doors, and guest room doors cannot be closed, and the wooden frames of public seats have fallen off. What's worse is that the hot water can only be used for about 10 minutes. I reported it on the first day I arrived at the hotel, and it was not resolved on the third day I left the hotel, so I couldn't take a bath. The indoor swimming pool is super large, far better than JW.

We recently stayed at Hanoi Landmark 72 and had a pleasant overall experience. The service was attentive, and the city views from our room were spectacular—especially at night. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of local and international dishes, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, we did notice that some facilities (such as the fitness center and room furnishings) are starting to show signs of aging and could use some updates. Despite this, the hotel’s prime location and efficient service made our stay enjoyable. With a bit of refurbishment, this could easily be a top-tier hotel in Hanoi again. We’d consider staying here in the future, especially if some upgrades are made.
