Fraser Suites Hanoi – Amazing Stay! Loved my stay here! The suite was super spacious, modern, and spotless, with everything you’d need – a full kitchen, washing machine, comfy bed, and a luxurious bathroom with both a rain shower and bathtub. The big windows brought in lots of light and made the space feel even more welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for getting around Hanoi. Felt just like home but with hotel-level service. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

We stayed in this room for our honeymoon and the staff went above and beyond. Everybody was incredibly helpful and always had service with a smile. The breakfast selection was huge and all very high quality food and drinks. Room service was fast and very polite. The rooms are beautiful and clean. There is a lot provided in the rooms and everything feels very well thought of. The staff is always willing to help or answer any questions or concerns you might have. If I could give them an 11 out of 10 rating I would without hesitation

There is an infinity pool at the level 23. Which has a bar next to it .I stopped over for 1 night before heading back, to my surprise the detail of the hotel is so amazing from the concierge , lift lobby and even to the space planning off room space.. the room I stayed in had 2 cubicles, a bowl and a shower separated. It even has a balcony attached to the room..it is a wonderful experience for me, I will definitely come back to explore more when I have the time again to stop over Ha Noi.

It was very good. It was 20 minutes by taxi from the airport. We also got to the tourist center in 15 minutes by taxi and went for a walk. The hotel is located next to the lake in a nice quiet place. The soundproofing is very good, my wife sleeps lightly and we did not hear any noise. The hotel lobby is friendly. The bathroom is clean, the owner takes care of the condition of the room. After the walk we realized that it is impossible to live in the center. And we are very glad that we booked this hotel. There is a restaurant with a view on the roof, delicious breakfast. I definitely recommend it.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel and really appreciated the spacious rooms and convenient location, which made exploring the city a breeze. While the breakfast wasn’t quite what we expected, everything else was enjoyable, and we’d happily stay here again for the comfort and great location.

The front desk staff of the hotel is friendly and can communicate in English. If you need any service, you can directly tell the staff. The room number 101 we stayed in this time is spacious, elegant and clean. There is a simple kitchen inside, and a washing machine and dryer are provided. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. And when the door is closed, it is completely isolated from the outside noise and very quiet. The breakfast is buffet style, and there is also rice noodles that can be ordered separately, which is very delicious. Thank you very much to the hotel staff for providing a good accommodation environment for my husband and me

The stuff was polite and nice. Location is good, but the car is stoped on the main road, cos the small tinny road can’t fit the car. The apartment clean and nice. But I booked for one night only. And as my flight arrived early morning I stay there for sleep only. But at 8am they start construction and I couldn’t sleep well, but I informed the hotel that I’ll come just to sleep and leave. So it was horrible, I couldn’t rest …

Oakwood is beautifully located near Ho Tay Lake. I had a view of the lake from the balcony. The room was a tad small but well-appointed. The bed was very comfortable perfect for well-deserved rest after a 4-hour roap trip.

Stayed here for the second time and would stay again. Room is sizable, comfortable. My room's toilet had a weird structure running through it, so the shower area is slightly smaller but no other issues. Bed is clean, has a washing machine, most amenities are provided. Location is pretty nice, facing the lake. About 10mins grab bike to old quarter. Away from the city so it's very quiet and serene. Would recommend if you don't mind a bit of distance.

This was one of the most amazing places we stayed. It’s in the suburbs of Hanoi, so definitely nowhere close to the city centre, however, the location is great if you want to relax from the noise of central Hanoi. The accommodation has everything you need, it’s spacious and light, it felt like an apartment rather than a hotel. Great wifi, great amenities, highly recommend.
