Hanoi Quan Hoan Kiem Hotels

The hotel was everything my partner and I could’ve ever wanted in a new country .It was close to everything ,I was able to walk almost everywhere .There is a shopping centre opposite the hotel and a few stores near the hotel .The room was spacious and had a mini fridge,a wardrobe and a cute little balcony .The hotel staff were so helpful throughout our stay .I will definitely come back here

Wonderful staff, clean and nice rooms, right in the center of everything: plenty of restaurants, shops, close walk to everywhere and everything. Tensecond walk to Hanoi cathedral or St. Joseph’s Cathedral .

The hotel staff was very kind and friendly. The location was perfect. It’s in the Old Quarter area, which is the central part of Hanoi. There was an outdoor swimming pool and sauna. We used the sauna, it was great and relaxing. Room was clean and comfy. Food was very tasty.

Location is good. 45min from airport and walking distance to old quarter and the lake. Many eateries and cafe around the area. We had a 3 bedrooms executive apartment. Good size for 6 adults. Well equipped but the apartment will require refresh and renovate. The room has a strong smell when we checked in. Front desk team provided great service and very efficient for both checking in and checking out. Has provided a fantastic first impression.

We loved our stay at the hotel. This was the first destination of our honeymoon and we were received with a lovely gesture in our room (you can see in the attached photo). Very lovely. After a few minutes we were surprised to detect a cigarette smell in the room. We spoke about it with the lobby and they immediately addressed the situation and switched our room - we were very thankful for their seamless approach which was very assuring. The service remained excellent, warm greetings every time we left or entered the hotel 🥰 Breakfast was 10/10, big variety to choose from - local or european. We also booked the next step of our vacation (Ha Long Bay cruise) with the gracious help of Mr. HA! Thank you! Would definitely return!! Special thanks to Ms. An, Ms. Kate and Mr. Jacky! You all made our stay wonderful!

The hotel is located in an ideal location. It is close to the center, at the same time there are plenty of shops, restaurants and pharmacies nearby. The manager of the hotel is very nice and communicative

The location of the hotel is great! Not too far away from the touristy area but also not too near to be too noisy from the heavy traffic. The room is clean and tidy, basic toiletries provided. The only cons I have about the place is the doors are not soundproof, so you could hear the noise outside especially in the morning hours, next the toilet always have a faint sewage smell (this seems to be a common occurrence with the hotel/airbnb I stayed so far in vietnam

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, which is perfectly situated for easy access to nearby attractions. If you're looking for a great place with excellent service and a prime location, this hotel is the perfect choice!

A strategic place if you are into cafe hopping. The hotel also provides tourist attraction tour so you dont have to find other places for alrernative. Overall its a good place to stay. I would like to highlight that the breakfast is such a a simple yet hearty breakfast! I wouldnt mind staying here again for my next vacation

Breakfast is good but the menu is all the same for a week. a little bit noisy outside my room we stay in the first floor . and as i see the outside there are water coming from upper floor i think it is the aircon water from the second floor going to the roof of the neighboor house that making sound and uncomfortable to hear. receptionist is very welcoming to guest during the day. housekeeping is very professional to work i love the smell of towel and bed . Tv is not working no remote control in the room. but since the price of the room is very affordable nothing to complain. price is right
