Hanoi Quan Hoan Kiem Hotels

I had the most amazing time in this hotel for the last 3 days. - The location is as good as it gets - The room was clean and comfortable - The beds were made for a perfect night's sleep - The breakfast was out of this world. A huge variety of local of western dishes always changed from day to day. Al ways one of the highlights of my day. - The staff were always kind, polite and responsive to any of my requests. I would like to mention Miss May, Miss Rose, Ms An and Mr Jacky. They have all made a difference to my stay. Not to mention the small gift received open check-in out. Thank you Splendid Premium Hotel for making my stay in Hanoi special.

Perfectly located and beautifully finished hotel in the centre of the French Quarter.  Attention to detail at every turn inside the hotel and the room.  But best of all is the service, immediately from when you arrive.  We will be back again, as one night was just too short to appreciate it properly!

Hotel rooms are beautiful, very clean and comfortable bed, especially Manager Ding Dong is super helpful and excellent service. We can ask anything from him to help us in Hanoi and Sapa! Staffs are friendly and helpful too. Breakfast was great, there are staffs will help you cook on the spot when we want to eat scrambled egg or Pho noodles. From hotel we can go to Train Street in 7mins walking distance, around the hotel there are many local food and drink. Many coffee shop to buy gifts for friends. Also you can take photos with beautiful Church. I recommend everyone to book the Splendid Grand Star hotel and experience yourself.

Excellent Stay with a Lake View and Exceptional Service I stayed in an executive room facing the street, offering a rustic and restricted view of the lake. The room was neat, tidy, and well-maintained. What really made the stay stand out was the hotel staff—they provided top-notch service and were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. Communication was a breeze as everyone spoke English fluently. The location couldn’t have been better—just perfect for leisurely strolls around Hoan Kiem Lake and easy access to the vibrant Old Quarter. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and convenience.

I stayed in this hotel last weekend , and I asked for a morning call on Monday early morning since I need to catch up on my flight to China. On Sunday morning around 6 am, someone outside my door knocking at my door heavily and ringing the door bell, I was shocked and scared, I wanted to pretend no one is in the room so I didn’t answer right away. And that guy outside my door knocking my door heavily again and rang the bell, I was so scared so I didn’t open the door , I just ask who that is outside the door? And that was a “wake up call services” … I asked them to give me a morning call on Monday morning, and I didn’t realize that would a morning knocking door ! That was the worst part of the stay. I was alone in their hotel, even though it was a mistake , at that moment, I feel scared and unsafe. Beside that morning call drama, the pillow the bed and the shower gel were all good ! Not super far from the church, so it’s quiet ! And there is a croissant shop downstairs is a plus !

It was an incredible experience. This is probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in terms of hospitality and communication. The staff is really helpful and are always trying their best to make sure you have a confortable stay. The room is clean and spacious enough. The location is great , not too far from old quarter and close enough within walking distance from other attractions. You can also always get a grab to go wherever you want and it will not take too much time. I never tried the breakfast while I stayed there so I can not comment on it but the laundry is free to use. Overall , I will definitely reccomend to anyone staying in hanoi to stay here , you will definitely have a confortable stay and worth your money.

The staff are very helpful and polite. The room is big and clean. Location is good in the sense that train coffee street, temple of literature, and old quarters are all within walking distance. Starbucks is next to the hotel, so it is very convenient when we want coffee.

This hotel is very convenient in terms of getting food and to POI. Train street is just a stone throw away. Also the food street which is just next to Train street. The street in front of the hotel also have a few eating places. The reception is welcoming, welcome tea and snacks with cold towel. Also have complimentary cocktail at roof top bar. The room is clean, good air conditioning and strong water pressure. The breakfast place on level 8 is also good. Varieties is not as many as those in 5 stars hotel. But it has delicious pho and many others. The staff from lobby all the way to the rooftop are attentive and smiling. This hotel also provide locker service if you are taking the night train. Also provide free shower facilities for us before going to the train station. I will definitely come back to this hotel in future. Special mention to Viet Nguyen. He recommended us to a local cafe place, it served good coffee and good ground coffee powder to buy home. It’s cheaper than other streets and good quality robusta coffee.

Excellent service by the whole team at Sinfonia especially Tracy who went out of her way to ensure a pleasant stay. The location is great with many nice restaurants like Met, Pho 10, Banh Mi 25 within walking distance and also attractions like the water puppet theater right down the road. The taxi couldn’t get into the hotel over the weekend but a staff from the hotel met us at the point where the taxi could come till and carried our bag to the hotel. The rooftop bar was also nice with a complimentary drink. We enjoyed our stay here in the old quarter.

The hotel was okay. There is no elevator at the accommodation and you need to bring your luggage through narrow staircase. Luckily they helped me to bring up the luggage. The room was okay and there is no heater in the room.
