Good hotel. Unfortunately, the window is not that sound proof.. I can hear a bunch of car honking outside, ruin my sleep. The room is very small, like literally small small. It’s basically a community living. If you table and chairs you have to sit outside your room for sharing. Water dispenser is provided outside. Because room is small, the toilet if you shower with hot water.. you can trigger the fire alarm, which I did.

A Comfortable and Pleasant Stay at Super Candle Hotel I recently stayed at Super Candle Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel offers a great balance of comfort, convenience, and value for money. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities, making for a very comfortable stay.

The rooms are spacious and clean and the toilet is also big and equipment with automated bidet seat and a gold bathtub. The location is convenient to get food around the area and there is a circle k convenience store nearby. However, the breakfast wasn't so fantastic as the selection was not much for cooked food and the taste was not really nice.

Truly amazing impressive 5 star that really respect the value here, everything is so clean and beautiful. If you want a 5 stars hotel experience in Hanoi this one is truly amazing.

Old but clean hotel. Lot of local business people staying there. Indoor pool is awesome. Lake view room is nice. Close to the pagoda and a nice cafe called Laika is a 5 minute walk. Bit farfor a walk to the old quarters, but taking a Grab car is easy, cheap and convenient. One weird thing when we were checking out and waiting for our Grab car, the concierge was trying to check the app to get specific details on our next destination.

The owner is very accommodating and the hotel is very new. The room is clean and spacious it is near lotte mart and other tourist attractions. You can also leave your luggage upon checkout while waiting for your next flight.

Hotel is clean and well kept despite being a rather old hotel. Location is central and convenient. Front ni desk is very helpful and its staff’s English proficiency is really good.will be here r

Brilliant experience from start to finish!! Staff extremely helpful as where the tour people involved with hotel. Gym was excellent with on site spa and swimming pool would definitely recommend

Nice hotel with great facilities but best thing is the staff - helpful,friendly with good level of English. Will stay here again next time I am in Hanoi.
