Had a business trip to this hotel and the food was so amazing , most important is the halal food because we have friend who is Muslim and required halal food. Staff were attentive and must visit D’Lion ., they serve spicy singapore meal. Fish head curry is nice

Rooms were spacious but bathroom was a disaster. Bathtub shaped in triangle did not fit good so there was space between it and the wall. Because of that floor was under water after taking the shower. Everything else was more then satisfaing.

This was our first time in Hanoi and we didn't know what to expect when we thought about checking into the Hanoi Prince Hotel. The hotel service staff picked us up at the airport. We received a warm welcome from the owner. Halal food is included and the service staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, prayer mats, prayer times and Qibla directions were provided. This is probably a three-star hotel, but the experience and experiences are wonderful. It will definitely be my hotel of choice when my family and I come here again.
