Clean and warm hotel. Good location, near the Old quarter and many railway cofffee shops

The hotel itself is nice but the description was incorrect. It did not have a lakeview. There isn't a lakeview anywhere in the hotel. I booked it because it had a lakeview and even paid for the upgrade. When I brought this to their attention they did not care and would not cancel my reservation or refund any of my money. There was mold in the bathroom all around the tub. It had holes in the curtains in the room. You could tell they were very old. The lobby is very nice and the bellman are very helpful.

Hotel previously known as Nikko Hotel.. Most taxi drivers are not aware of new name. Hotel caters mainly business travellers, not suitable for tourists unless they have private car to move around town. Hotel room Facilities are clean but old. TV is 24" LED TV without Internet connection for YouTube or Netflix. FujiMart supermarket is across the road.

The room looks old, but it is well maintained and still livable. The breakfast is of the standard of ordinary Japanese hotels, edible but not luxurious. The hotel's chartered car to the airport seems a bit expensive, more than 300 RMB,

The hotel is quite new, the breakfast buffet has many delicious dishes, guests can borrow an iron for free, the housekeeping staff is friendly and hospitable.

The location of the hotel is convenient, and it takes no more than 30 minutes to walk to nearby attractions. The food in the hotel is satisfactory, the staff are very friendly and can help guests with their needs, and the rooms are very clean.

It feels a little old, but overall I am satisfied. The staff's friendliness and the breakfast are very satisfying. I am satisfied.

There was a Japanese staff member at the front desk who was very kind. He gave us suggestions, such as recommendations for nearby restaurants and massages, which we could only get from a local place, and we had a great time! We were also able to exchange money at the hotel, and the rate was not bad, so we made use of that. It's also very convenient, as the old town is only a short taxi ride away. There was also a circus nearby!

Before the name change, it was Nikko Hotel. It is very close to the company, so I have been staying here recently. It has Japanese-style service and a large proportion of Japanese and Korean tourists. There is natto for breakfast, which is suitable for me with a bad stomach. It is not far from Hoan Kiem Lake. It is clean and sanitary, and I will continue to choose it.
