Very nice staff service , location abit far to the old quarter area, but it acceptable. Reasonable price.
Will choose it again next time back to Hanoi.

Service was top notch. Breakfast variety are decent and delicious. 24/7 accessible gym and Starbucks at the lobby is a plus. The only downside is the location is about 15-20mins from city centre.

Booked a studio room and get upgraded to 2 rooms apartment. Overall the unit is comfortable come with water dispenser machine in house.
Breakfast variety is good. Convenience shop right in front of apartment.

5km from the city centre. But that’s fine. Near the west lake and much of the surrounding roadwork has been done. Lots of good cafes, restaurants nearby.

Very nice hotel/apartments with amazing facilities. Staff were friendly and attentive and the breakfast was brilliant with a wide selection of choices.

The front desk Annie is the best! We planed to stay only 2 nights and booked a different hotel near by, we ended up extending our stay in this hotel because Annie made everything better!!

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The service staff were all very friendly and helpful. There are lots of restaurant and cafe options around the apartment.

Staff are so helping and we love the place as it’s very convenient to go for lunch nd dinner as many restaurent was nearby . I would love to stay again .
