This unit is in a narrow alley; cars cannot drive in. The room has no windows and is very dusty and dirty. Not recommended.

Bed is really nasty and I cannot stay there anymore so I changed to another hotel sofa is also dirty .. it like 100 year ago sofa 😣

This is a hotel located in an alley.
It can be quite difficult to get there without getting lost.
This is a normal serviced apartment type hotel in Vietnam.

The staff also helped me find things I left behind, which was nice.
However, the cleanliness of the dishes was poor.
The location is a bit disappointing.
The price was excellent compared to the facilities.
It was wider than I expected and suitable for a short day's stay.

Be aware that this hotel is in an alley of another alley not reachably by cars. I wasn’t aware so lugging luggages from the main street was rough. The neighborhood is nice, lots of expats around so you won’t feel alienated. The property itself is ok but the faucets were old, leaky shower head, one of units the hot water went out after 5 minutes. The positive was that for Hanoi, it was decent size. Dang Thai Mai is a busy street at times with huge container truck sometime going thru and block the whole street. Check in was weird but i guess it works: there is no full time desk staff, they have phone numbers that you can call
