Booked a room for one night. Great location and very helpful staff.
The hotel is in the east side of the Old Quarter and an easy motorbike ride away from train street and Turtle Tower. Nearby, there is a lively nightlife at the Opera House.
The front desk was extremely helpful to arrange pick up and shuttle reservations for my departure to Halong Bay.
Yes, the bathroom is on the compact side ( the shower is nearly over the toilet. But, it they have done well in utilizing the space.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

The front desk spoke English and was very helpful.
There were black stains here and there on the sheets, but there was no particular smell and it didn't bother me much, so I went to sleep without telling the front desk.
Overall it was pretty clean, but I didn't like the fact that there was a lot of hair on the shower head.
Also, the shower head was right next to the toilet, so no matter how hard you tried, the toilet would get soaked.
We stayed during the Vietnamese New Year season, so you could hear people making noise outside until late at night. It seemed like a festive mood.

The hotel is cheating customers, not worth the money. I don't understand how they can sell such a service. The staff did something wrong and showed off their superiority and didn't apologize to the customers. The experience was terrible from the moment they entered to the moment they left. The rooms were moldy, the soundproofing was poor...
