Good health and a good rest to all!
We spent 10 days in this hotel, we can rate it as 2 stars, tired room, small rooms, weak water pressure in the shower, synthetic bed linen - unpleasant for the body, towels are also so-so, they come to clean and change towels once every 3 days.
In the reviews they wrote that it is quiet there, I really disagree that you can hear it through several floors, there are also enough sounds from the street.
For your money it may be okay, but we will definitely not go back there. In general, it is an acquired taste.

Very good place for a night stay.
Location: An island on Truc Bach Lake? Fairly quiet, reasonably well-connected (5-10 minute walk to 86CT bus stop).
There is a fair amount of shopping (daily necessities, food, drinks, etc.), and a fair amount of restaurants.
→ Nothing to complain about.
Cleanliness: Not in the habit of nitpicking.
A little dust, but so what if there's a little hair?
The towels and sheets were washed and clean.

Service: I was able to check in without any issues, stay without any inconveniences, and check out without any issues.

This place is very well-located, making it easy to explore the area. Celina took great care of the guests and was always helpful, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The cleaning and laundry services were also excellent—everything was clean, and my laundry was returned fresh and well-folded. A solid choice for anyone looking for convenience and good service. In walkable distance are several coffe shops and restaurants, perfect location for a short or long term stay in Hanoi.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and refreshing throughout my stay.
The location was absolutely ideal—everything I needed was within walking distance, from restaurants and shops to key attractions. It made getting around super convenient.
A special shoutout to Celina from customer support—she was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay even better. Her local tips and recommendations positively impacted our experience, and we truly appreciated her warm and welcoming attitude.
One thing to note is the gate is closed at night, which adds to the overall security of the property. If you arrive late, don’t worry—just knock, and the friendly night guard (or "guardian angel," as I like to call them) will promptly let you in.
Highly recommend this place for its comfort, convenience, and exceptional service!

Celina was super friendly and kind, she help us on everything, by far the best experience I had on any country. Hotel also super clean and nice. Awesome location! And again Celina made everything easy for us, transport and tours. Strongly recommended!
