I arrived late and received a different room than what I had promised. I didn't like the location and the room, so I made a reservation for the next day, but I just left.
I made a new reservation at Daewoo Hotel and requested a refund, but it was not possible.
On the last day, I went in around 2pm and rested until 9pm before my flight left.
I went to the hotel late and had difficulty, but they gave me a room different from the contract and went to the restaurant where I had breakfast the next day at 8, but there was no one there and it wasn't open, so I came out and went to eat pho.
I made a reservation for 3 nights after reading the information on trip.com, but there was no compensation and I just gave up and left.
