Being in Muong Thanh for a long time feels familiar like home 😂 The receptionists are enthusiastic and adorable The facilities have been renovated a lot after the epidemic If the breakfast buffet had more diverse dishes, it would be much more perfect 😁

Muong Thanh Grand Hoang Mai is convenient for my work so I chose to stay here. After covid, the hotel repaired and renewed the room quite ok. The receptionist is friendly and cute The breakfast buffet has been eaten for 3 years and hasn't changed much 😂

There are many people staying in the hotel. The room is quiet and relatively clean. The only flaw is that the exterior wall is made of glass and there are no windows. It is a pity that there is no ventilation. Breakfast is very rich.

I chose a room for 2 people, and checked out late. I asked to be provided with 2 additional bottles of mineral water for free because we only received 2 bottles of 330ml for both days and 1 night, but the receptionist asked us to pay for these 2 bottles of mineral water? I was quite surprised because it was only 2 bottles of mineral water and the amount of water provided was too small. The quality of service was not worth the price. money I spent.
