Because there are no twin rooms on Ctrip, I can only book a double bed room. After arriving at the hotel, I communicated with the front desk staff and they changed it to a twin room. The room is not big, but there are two beds about one meter tall, so I can put two beds there. I didn't feel nervous even if I had a suitcase. The room was relatively clean. There was breakfast on the 15th floor. There were staff who could speak Chinese. The hotel staff's service was also good. The environment for walking around the West Lake is very comfortable, and overall I am quite satisfied.

This hotel is well located near the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Staff are courteous, friendly and nice. Rooms are very comfortable and clean and the breakfast is nice. Cereals, bread, croissant, bacon, sausage etc eggs cooked as you like then including omelettes and local and oriental dishes such as rice noodles, soups and fried rice. The Old Quarter is a short walk away and the beautiful Hoan Kiem Lake a 15 minute walk away.

The stink of damp/musty/mould of my second floor room permeated everywhere! Could not sleep with smell plus paper thin walls, heard every flush and argument in nearby rooms and corridor. Plastic shower hose sprayed water everywhere, expensive under stocked bar...not great after a 13+ hour international flight

Decent tourist hotel. A little bit dated and needs uplifting of some facilities but overall it's nice and located close to the old quarter with many bars and cafes close by. I stayed 3 different nights in-between various trips - one of the nights in a refurbished room which was much nicer than the old rooms

Wonderful stay , Hotel was very sophisticated, great roof top bar with a view of the city and lake, fitness center, clean rooms, great air conditioning. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, gave recommendations on where to eat. Would recommend staying here. Good location

A pleasant hotel located in the 36 street. Lots of cafes around and night market a short walk away. Excellent breakfast with a bellboy ever so willing to help. Exceptionally interesting Street a stone’s throw away selling all kinds of food. Great breakfast at the hotel.

Be very cautious when selecting this hotel. It was booked for us through a third party and when we requested records (receipts) for insurance purposes they refused and will not answer email or phone calls. Very suspicious behaviour and lack credibility. If there are any issues with the services, there is no way to make claims or get any refunds.
