Receptionists asked if we will checkout early and we said yes but the next thing is the person come and knock our door rudely and I was told to checkout early even though I have paid for the room for the whole day….

Location is superb, 2 mins walk to Train station. We stayed in transit for the night train to Sapa and it was a brilliant decision. Wonderful location for Transit traveler like us.

I booked this hotel for 3 nights with breakfast. During this period, there was no room cleaning. It was located parallel to the train station, so there was a lot of noise from the train. It was a clean hotel, great location and a good environment. for breakfast, there is only a choice of soup or fried eggs with bread and there is nothing to drink😪. On the 3rd day, coffee was added😅

Mango Hotel is right next to Hanoi Railway Station. You can see the platform through the window in the restaurant. To and from Hanoi Noi Bai Airport, there is bus No. 86, and the parking point is a 3-minute walk from the hotel. Therefore, the hotel enjoys a unique and excellent location. The hotel room price is surprisingly cheap, but the service and facilities are not bad at all. The urban area of Hanoi is not large, but the street traffic is extremely chaotic. Several attractions are within walking distance of the hotel. Try taking the bus to the attractions and walking back to the hotel. Because there are many one-way streets, the return bus stop is often not found.
